STAY AWAY!! Lied about the car having full safety check, as the back brakes were down to the metal and sold the car to my partner knowing she would be taking kids in the car!! Further action been currently taken.

He hates being left a review on Google. Maybe you should head on over there and let people know the truth about this dealership.
I was sold a faulty car which is now useless. The issue with car was known by the seller at the time of purchase and under the consumer rights the seller is liable for this issue. However when tried to contact them about it not only was man (Quaser) Aggressive and condescending in his tone but completely denied any responsibility. Since then he is apparently not available or away and the other gentleman who answers the phone has no apparent use in the company other than answering the phone. I asked him to hand over the phone to someone else but no one else works there. This guy also is unable to sell any cars. So it seems even if you wanted to buy a car you can't as there is no one there other than this guy. Yet they are open for business. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Sold the gentleman a part/ex which we had taken in for £1200 and traded on for the same amount, the car was sold as a trade sale and this was fully explained to the trader before purchase. The "faulty car" seems to be a temperature gauge issue as mentioned to us by the gentleman (a reasonably easy fix), having sold the car as a trade sale with NO WARRANTY GIVEN OR IMPLIED AS STATED ON THE RECEIPT, we explained that any issues that have now arisen are not our responsibility, however as a gesture of goodwill we were willing to fix the issue, sadly this was not possible due to the individuals threatening text messages and aggressive tone over the phone, we do not and will not stand for this type of behaviour towards our company and staff. Please check our 4.8 star rating on autotrader as this is evidence of what a great and professional company we run, over 50 5 star verified purchases left by our wonderful and happy customers.

Having spent several weeks in a fruitless search for a car I took a look in Greenacre and spotted just the car! A lovely black BMW. I knew it was the car for me. Of course I had spoken to many car sales people over the pre-ceding weeks so with some trepidation inquired about the car, expecting a hard-sell or some such cliched approach. As it turned out the young gent who helped me couldn't have been more helpful or polite. We chatted about the car and he was more than happy to leave me to take my time without any pressure. Test drive concluded I knew I wanted the car at which point Quaser stepped in and a deal was swiftly concluded. It was done without the usual sales-guff and with humour and a sense of fun. Exactly how car sales should be. The car required a pre-sales inspection and although i'd not asked or pressured for it to be carried out the car had a new set of brakes and discs all round. Needless to say I was very happy. A couple of minor niggles were fixed after I had collected the car with no argument, even though Quaser had to interrupt his family holiday to deal with it. I can 100% recommend Greenacre, Quaser and his staff for their honest and straightforward approach. I found them quite refreshing. I will be back the next time I am in the market for a new car! Thank you!

After purchasing a Audi TT from greenacre cars I can say it was probably the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced in buying a car. The staff were very polite and very professional throughout the process whole process. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good quality used car.
Purchased a vehicle of Greenacre Cars last month. Bmw 520d se. From the minute we made the phone call to the minute we drove out with our new vehicle i can honestly say that this was probably one of the most friendly, professional and value for money service's i have ever encountered in buying a second hand car. Great people great quality vehicles and aftercare is second to none. Had a small issue a few days later, car was collected and rectified within days and returned back to me even including a full tank of fuel for the very small inconvenience caused.
