Greenacre Cars Swindon changed my opinion and expectations of dealerships. I didnt really expect much when I bought my Qashqai but the team were absolutely brilliant, really great customer service. I've never had such amazing customer service when buying a car. Given the circumstance they did everything they could to ensure a smooth, quick and easy transaction. I arrived to collect the car and it clean, ready on time and looked perfect. I'm very happy.

Since buying my Ford Transit from this dealer, I have already sent a few people to them, who have purchased and been very happy with the vehicle and customer service. I would never normally recommend a business or product, if I wasn't 100% confident in it. I used this dealer a very long time ago and they were brilliant back then, that's the reason I've come back for the van. I got the van for a very good price, I'm well happy with it. Its working just as expected, running great and all functions are performing well. The dealer has been amazing after the sale too, they have provided a very very good after sales service. I contacted them to ask if they have a replacement wiper (I was willing to pay, just wanted a new one fitting as was leaving streaks on screen), they said of course, bring it down and we will change them, they changed all wipers to new ones, and wouldn't accept a penny from me. I've had a call since checking everything is ok with the van, making sure I'm happy and if I needed anything, just outstanding customer service from the get go.

Awesome customer service, really nice guys and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable with this dealer, which is very different, its usually a stressful time buying a car, but it was actually very enjoyable, I had a great time. I bought a Land Rover Freelander and its perfect, no complaints what so ever, it was a seamless process and Id be more than happy to purchase from Greenacre Cars in the future.

Its the first time I've bought a car from Greenacre Cars in Swindon, but I will 100% be a regular buyer here now. I've bought many cars over the years, and I've never felt as valued as a buyer as I did here. The dealer really looked after me. I bought a Merc C250 D - can't tell you how happy I am with it, any opportunity possible - I'm out in it, its perfect. When I collected the car, it was pristine, cleaned inside and out and fully sanitised too. I couldn't fault anything at all.

Very pleased with my new purchase, the dealer was very well-mannered and pleasant to deal with. Since buying the VW Passat, I've thoroughly enjoying driving it, its a brilliant car, very smooth and comfortable, and its efficient to run. I've taken it for a quick check over at my local garage and no problems what so ever, they said 'You've got yourself a bargain, cracking motor' - So I'm highly impressed, I will recommend Greenacre Cars to others, very nice experience.

I contacted Greenacre regarding a Vauxhall Insignia they had for sale, the conversation went very well, and the dealer didn't once try to pressure me into a sale. He told me to have a think, sent me videos and pictures of the car and asked I came back to him with my thoughts and any questions. I really liked this approach, I called back not long after to secure the car with a deposit. The dealer was constantly helpful, friendly and very polite, they talked me through each step and always kept me updated. The car runs well, its nice to drive (very comfortable) and just the right size too. I'm really happy with it. I've had a mechanic friend look over the car and its absolutely sound - a great purchase! I highly recommend Greenacre Cars in Swindon and will return when I need something new.

I would like to thank Greenacre Cars for their efficiency and professionalism. I understand that buying a second-hand car, issues may arise at some point, its how the dealer resolves the issues, and I cannot fault them at all. I bought my Ford Fiesta, had a minor issue, I contacted Greenacre and they immediately put my mind at ease, they promised to get the issue sorted. I live quite far away, so would have been inconvenient to go back to Swindon, so they offered for me to take the car to my local technician and they then paid the bill. It was sorted quickly, was repaired within days and the dealer was always so polite and friendly through-out. Since having the car back, its been perfect, its lovely to drive, I'm very very happy with it. I will 100% recommend Greenacre Cars in the future, to see how quickly and easily they resolved my issues - I trust this dealership and would be happy to buy another car from them.

I purchased a mini Clubman a few months ago from Greenacre Cars, as soon as I collected the car I gave it a good run out, a good 2 hour drive. It was perfect, drove brilliantly and really nice to be in. Not long after, I noticed a couple of minor issues with the car, I contacted the dealer and they got it sorted for me, due to the distance it took a little longer than expected, but very happy with results, the work was carried out, and the car is perfect now, running and driving very well! The customer service at sale was great, really helpful and friendly salesmen.
