Very helpful and friendly dealership. The customer service was brilliant throughout the whole sale and even after the sale too. I text the dealer a few days after buying to explain the gear stick had a judder and he replied to say bring it back down whenever you can and we will look at it and get it booked into the garage if needed. They remained professional and helped where they could, I couldn't have asked for much more. The Qashqai I bought is great, a lovely car and we are really happy with it.

A very unusual experience, yet very pleasant. I'm happy with the way things went during my purchase. When we went to get the car there was a significant scratch that I didnt know about, the dealer made a real effort to rectify but he couldn't rectify fully and the scratch was still slightly apparent so he knocked money off the car, this was more than a satisfactory solution and I was pleased with how this was handled, very professionally. My over-all experience was really positive. I travelled a long distance to Greenacre Cars in Swindon and I would happily do it again to buy another car from here. The Vauxhall Insignia I bought is perfect, I use it daily and its exactly what I wanted. I left my driving license at the dealership by mistake and they contacted me very quickly, but I was already an hour on the road, they got it posted to me that day, just really helpful and bent over backwards for me to ensure I was 100% happy at all times. Very highly recommend.

Blown away with Quaser at Greenacre he was absolutely brilliant, he couldn't have done anymore for me if he tried. I wasn't buying a mega expensive car, but I was valued highly as a customer and looked after very well. Quaser got everything sorted for me, from the p/x, paperwork, tax etc. He even put a fresh 12 months MOT on the car. I honestly couldn't be happier! I've done numerous long distance trips in the Hyundai 120 and its been nothing but trusty, its a fantastic car I'm made up with it. When I want to upgrade, Greenacre will be the only place I visit, I really highly recommend!

I couldn't fault Quaser what so ever. I contacted him regarding a BMW 5 Series and from the first call he was absolutely spot on, he really looked after me and he did everything he said he would and some! The BMW - WOW! Its absolutely wonderful, I'm so happy with it. I've been out and about enjoying it, and its surprisingly very very comfortable inside. I collected the car and it was ready waiting for me, it was gleaming, absolutely immaculate. Really pleased with how everything went and I have already recommend Greenacre Cars to others and I will continue to do so.

Given the times we are experiencing, this dealership ensured the process went as smoothly as possible, they did everything they could with very little available. It was very strange buying a car through lockdown, but the team really did make it as special as possible. It was lovely. The car itself is great, really enjoying it. Excellent service and experience. Car was as described including all minor issues. We took it out for a proper test drive up to speed to let us both get a good feel of the car. Finance was tricky as we have just moved and recently returned from abroad. The team worked their socks off to get the deal done , had a back up plan but didn't need it as the deal got done at the last minute. Drove home to Scotland car ran like a dream, easy fun just what we looked for and wanted to get Paperwork completed and set on. Definitely recommended

My Husband was buying a new car from Greenacre Cars in Swindon and I went with him to go and view it (October 2020), whilst we were on site and my Husband was talking cars to the guys, they were getting on great, I went for a nosey round the cars and I came across a lovely Mini Paceman, I wasn't there to buy a car but I fell in love with it. I decided to enquire and test drive the car.... it made my mind up, I wanted the car. I had a Golf GTI so did a part exchange on that and the dealer sorted everything from there, it was so easy and simple. Through-out the whole process we dealt mainly with Quaser but the whole team was absolutely fantastic, the customer service was second to none, I have never felt so valued and respected as a customer. They did everything they possible could for me and took the hassle out of buying a car, it was fun and exciting and I would happily buy another car in the future.
