I recently picked up my Honda Jazz from this company based in Blackburn. Given the considerable distance from my location, I opted for the delivery option. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about not being able to see the car in person before the purchase. However, my worries were soon put to rest. The car arrived exactly as expected and right on schedule. The condition of the Honda Jazz was impeccable, reflecting the high standards of the dealership. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure the car was in top shape for me. The worry-free delivery and the brilliant service provided by the sales team turned what could have been a stressful experience into a delightful one.

From making the first phone call to this dealer to the handover, the experience was first-class. A big thanks to the salesman who dealt with me. I'm so sorry, I am unable to remember his name now. He took his time explaining things to me and gave me a good tour around the premises. It was lovely to see such a happy working environment, and all the staff took time to say hello and speak to me. My Toyota drives like a dream, and I am really pleased with it so far. 

I initially discovered Greenlight on AutoTrader and I was very interested in a car that they had for sale, so I decided to pay them a visit. The car was in excellent condition and just as advertised, I was thoroughly pleased with what I saw. The sales executive, Chris, gave me the space to make my decision without any pressure at all. Chris even arranged for my Mercedes to be delivered, saving me the hassle of going back there to collect it. I have no issue recommending Greenlight to everyone and I would shop with them again.

I bought a lovely car for a great price from Greenlight Motors in Blackburn recently. The car had low mileage and was in immaculate condition, and this is what sold it to me. The sales agent, Alex, who looked after me, was a decent guy and really helpful during the time I spent at the dealership. He explained things well, and he was very patient if there was anything I asked him to go through with me again. The service was spot on, and I am more than happy to give Alex top marks.

Despite encountering an issue with one of the back lights, the dealership was quick to offer solutions. They gave me the option of having it fixed on-site or taking a discount on the car’s cost to handle it myself. This level of flexibility and understanding is rare in the industry and was greatly appreciated. As a long-time BMW owner, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with various models. However, my new 3 Series has truly impressed me. The quality, performance, and overall feel of the car have convinced me to hold onto it for a while. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
