My Volvo XC60 is perfect! Chris was terrific and just totally kept me in the loop with everything. He was fair when the date had to be put back slightly due to a misunderstanding and went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely go back to them and I'd tell others to as well.

I have had a few issues with the car going into limp mode but this isn't Greenlight's fault. I'd still give them a 5/5 and recommend them.

Good service but just need to be on the same page as each other knowing when a car is there or not but overall gladly would use again

They have been nothing but helpful! I was quite surprised by how good their after service was. They have been genuinely, trying to help me. They have sorted a couple of issues for me, the charger wasn't in the car, and they have bought a new one and sent it to me. A small bit of metal had flaked away from the gear knob and they have also sourced a replacement part. I cannot fault them, they have been absolutely brilliant.

My experience of buying a car from Greenlight Motors has been really good. I do have one issue with the coolant light coming on, I have not reached out to Greenlight regarding it yet. I would still definitely rate Greenlight 5 stars, as my whole experience has been really good.

The whole process was nice and easy. The front brakes on the Tuareg needed doing and the front wheel needed balancing and two new front tyres. Other than that the Tuareg has been good. Overall I would recommend Greenlight to others.
