We live close to Skegness so it is a fair distance for us to get to Blackburn, my daughter was looking for a specific car and she found one advertised online with this dealer. We read some of their reviews on trustpilot and they were all decent so we decided to make the trip to Blackburn to go and look at the car. When we got there we were introduced to Chris who was very welcoming and showed us round the car, it was in good condition and things went well on the test drive so we made the commitment to buy it for her, she is over the moon with it and loves her new Mercedes very much. I came across Greenlight Motors in Blackburn whilst looking on the internet for a new car and I found a Volvo for sale through them. I got intouch with them and spoke to someone called Chris who arranged for me to come to look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I turned up at their place of business I was met by Chris again who showed me the car and let me take it for a test drive. Everything went smoothly on the test drive so I decided that I wanted to move forward and buy the car from them, all of the paperwork was completed and the car was ready for me to collect within no time at all, i'm really pleased with the car, it is amazing to drive and I enjoy doing so. There was a minor issue with the car but when I took it back to them they got this sorted out for me in no time at all which proves to me they don't just care about the sale and that they want to look after their customers also. A honest, trustworthy dealer to do business with and I have no problems recommended these to anyone.

We bought a VW Touareg from Greenlight after doing a lot of research and comparing different models, we are very happy with our choice as it meets all our needs and expectations. Everything is spot on with my new Audi, I do not have a concern in the world, I was originally looking for an Audi A7 but everyone I rang through Auto Trader for around 2 months were dragging their feet or mucking me around. As soon as I told Chris what I wanted he asked me if I would be interested in an A5, I told him that I had one before so it had to be the right specification and literally within 2 days he got everything I wanted, he was spot on and I was that happy with Chris and the customer service from him that I gave him a little gift as a thank you. I told him I did not want any warranties or anything and he understood that, he did not use a pushy approach with anything and he sold me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Chris for a remarkable service, you did me proud.

Thanks to Chris who is an excellent salesperson and for another amazing experience I had here whilst buying my new car from them. I saw the car I wanted on Facebook and I contacted Greenlight right away. I had dealt with Chris before when I bought my previous Audi and I was very satisfied with his service and the quality. I used AutoTrader to find my car through this dealership and rang them to arrange to go to see it in person. The sales guy that looked after me was superb and he even came to pick me up from the train station and take me to their dealership, He made me feel welcome from the word go, he provided me with all the information I needed to know about the car and I went on a test run before buying the car from them. All of the documentation was done quickly so I was ready to drive away in my new BMW. It is a wonderful car, I really enjoy driving it and everyone I know asks me where I bought it from.

My Renault Clio is a lovely car, it is much nicer to drive than my old car. Chris was a good salesman and very accommodating towards us. We travelled from Wakefield to come and collect the car and we got stuck in traffic on the motorway, Chris stayed behind to show us the car and get all the paperwork completed.
