Sean has been a pleasure to deal with and the experience with Hearsall Common Car Sales has been one to remember. I bought a VW Scirocco for work to replace and old Fiesta I had ran into the ground. I have had a coupe Fiesta's and a coupe Polo's as well and this is very different to the cars I have drove before. I hit a badger and cracked my bonnet but other than that, that car is perfect and I absolutely love it. I have already recommended my better half takes the trip over soon for her new car and would recommend Hearsall to everyone in the market for a used car.

I had spent the best part of a full weekend going dealership to dealership, most places I went to it felt like salesmen were lucking ready to pounce and the attitude felt pushy and pressured. There was none of this at Hearsall Common Car Sales. We were told all the cars are open and to feel free to wonder round, have a sit and come find us if we wanted to test drive and had any questions. I was initially out with my daughter, we test drove and then left, when I came back with my son a couple days later, we were able to test drive again before deciding the Golf Plus was right for me. I had a Golf before, this is a bit bigger so it took a little getting used to but I feel like I have had it years now and feel very comfortable driving it.

The car is great don't get me wrong, but Shaun was the star of the show and really made the purchase feel so special. There were a couple little cosmetic bits which I had expected from a used car, without me needing to ask, Shaun told me he would have the scratches resprayed and the rear number plate replaced as he wasn't happy with cars leaving his forecourt in that condition. He kept to his word but due to illness I have had to cancel the appointment and reschedule. I have also had a little issue with the car struggling to start in the mornings, the car came with a nice, comprehensive warranty which I will be utilizing when I am feeling up to it. I can't fault the service and aside from the couple issues which are soon to be rectified, I love the car too!

I am really happy with my new Golf, I have had similar cars in the past but this is still a large step up for me in terms of spends and quality. The cars has been on lots of long journeys and is really comfortable, smooth and rather exciting to drive. I haven't had any issues and can't fault the car or the service at all.

I was in need of a new car to replace and old Golf which was unfortunately written off. I saw on Hearsall Common Car Sales website a perfect little Golf which was a few years newer than my old one, the test drive proved to be a more exciting, higher specked with extra techy bits and a lot quicker. The car is amazing and we were met with a service to match. The most straight forward purchase I have ever made!

There have been a couple minor issues and we have been refereed to Hearsall's affiliated garage to get the repair work down, we are waiting for a part to be delivered however, happy with how this has been handled so far. The customer service has felt incredibly professional and has been pleasant throughout.. Wonderful company to deal with.

Absolutely made up with my new Vauxhall Astra, I have had many of these sorts of cars in the past and it's exactly what Expected. It's running really well, was prepared to a high standard and gets a better MPG than I thought it would. The customer service was consistently solid too. I am really happy and would recommend Hearsall Common Car Sales if you are in the market for a used car.

Absolutely brilliant! This car has exceeded all expectations and is an absolute dream to drive. As someone who's never owned a Vauxhall before, I was a bit hesitant after my trusty Seat Leon reached its last miles. However, upgrading at Hearsall was the best decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. While I believe in leaving room for improvement, I can't find any faults with this experience. A solid 4/5 - because, let's face it, perfection is a rarity.
