I actually found Hearsalls through my finance company as one of their trusted dealers. This spoke volumes to me, as a finance company wouldn't be recommending a dealer that would cause issues. I can confirm they are great, the staff were lovely and polite, and the car has been great. I am hoping to have the car for a good 5 years, but when the time comes to look for another car, I will most likely consider them in the future.

My last car broke down on the motorway so it has made me really wary about things going wrong with cars in the future. Hearsall Common Car Sales had come up a lot online when I was looking for my last car and I noticed they had good reviews and they were close to me too, I had just never noticed them before. When it came time to get my new one I just went straight to them as I remembered them from my previous searches. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but they were happy to show me around and when I saw the Citreon DS3 I just fell in love with it. I didn't even want a test drive I just knew it was what I wanted. The engine light has come on since but the guys have been so good at getting this sorted for me and have been really reassuring that they will help me out if anything did go wrong which, given my history, was really comforting. They really do just go the extra mile like when I took it back about the engine light, they spotted I had got a scratch on it (somebody had bashed it with a trolley at shopping 😒) and they just got it sorted for me no questions asked!

My car is so important to me as I have to take my daughter to so many hospital appointments so I can't be without it. This meant I was looking for a great car with a fast turnaround time.
