Honestly I can't fault Hearsall Common Car Sales. This was my first time getting a car from here and from the very start, I thought they were friendly and helpful enough. They even contacted my finance company for me because there was a fee they didn't make me aware of, but the salesman managed to get that removed, which was great. A test drive was offered on the day and once I went ahead with the car, they assured me that if I found any problems to give them a call, but up to now the car has been perfect.

Overall, my experience with Hearsall Common has been positive. The Vauxhall Astra I purchased from them is absolutely brilliant, and I'm very happy with its quality. The customer service was great, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. I’ve rated my experience 4 stars only because I felt the process could have been a bit quicker, I had hoped to drive away the same day. But sometimes these things can't be helped.
