In may I purchased a car from this dealership in May. The after sales is very bad. When I received the car it was in immaculate condition when it comes to cleanliness. however, I have had a couple of issues with the car that I am still waiting to get resolved under the warranty which is taking a while.

I bought a VW Polo towards the end of April and I have had the car for a fair while now. Only had a small issue with it (can't remember what it was exactly) but it was quickly resolved. Other than the small issue I have had no problems and the car runs fine now. I would recommend Henson Motor Group.

I Had a really good buying experience with Henson Motor Group! The service was amazing and Colin was a really good bloke, very professional and knowledgeable. I had an Audi from them and I am very happy with it, had no issues up to now. I would highly recommend this dealership they are excellent.

I purchased a car from Henson Motor Group in April. The people were helpful and the car was reasonably good value for money however their was a few issues with that car that hadn't been declared at the time of purchase The trader is willing to fix the car but I have to travel to take the car back to the dealership in my own time which is very inconvenient

Henson Motor Company were very easy to deal with and I would no doubt use them again, everything was done as and when the salesman said it would be with no hassle. I liked the car so there was no back and forth it was just straightforward and simple.

The man at Henson Motor Group was so rude and obnoxious, he almost made out that I wasn't capable of buying a car, any questions I asked seemed to irritate him and when I inquired about a bodywork issue on the car he totally brushed me off. The whole experience made me feel awful I have no idea why I was treated in such a way. The only reason I bought from here in the end is because they happened to have the car I wanted. I wouldn't go back again even if they sold me a car for half price.

Well I bought a audi a3tfsi convertible. ...worst thing I ever did ...car had a clean mot certificate ...unbelievable the car needed the brakes doing all the way round , radiator was leaking , egnition switch, passanger window cables broke . Hensons then said I was to get it repaired they would pay ...they never payed the mechanic for 6months I had to ring then myself and demand him paying the mechanic ...its now 1 futher down the line the car is shocking to say the least .they even fitted the incorrect tyres on the car ...make sure when or in you but any car yiu take a mechanic with with a computer so you can see all faults on the car ....its cost me so much and I'm very disappointed to say the least ....never ever again for me I'm affraid .....worst experience of my life !!!!!
Henson Motor Group made buying a car a lot easier than I thought it was going to be and due the that I would definitely recommend them as I am sure other people think it could be a hassle

Henson Motor Group provided an excellent service. I absolutely insisted on getting this car even though I do live a good distance away the dealer said he would keep it on hold for me until I could come and get it and he stayed true to his word, they also put half a tank of petrol in for me and truly I can make no complaints about them at all. I couldnt recommend them highly enough

Bought Audi TT for £17000, found knocking noise from steering within a week, took car in, told that it was a characteristic of a TT, I wouldn't accept that, took car back in, they greased the steering joints and I was told that the problem may come back, first time I drove it I heard the noise. Spoke to Henson's manager was told that even though they could hear the noise the could find no fault and I would just have to live with It. I said that it was not acceptable and asked for a refund, was told by manager that he had been in the business over twenty years and never given a refund and there was no chance this time . Be Warned they churn out cars and they seem nice until you have problems then they don't want to know.
I purchased my car on 3 August an was very satisfied on collection Richard was 100% a very genuine an nice guy an couldn't have helped me any more than he did I will certainly be taking my car back to them when I am ready to trade in an I will highly recommend them to anyone thanx all of u at hensons regards Denise
