Purchased a Subaru RX Impreza from Hillfield Motor Company over the phone without even seeing or trying the car, it needed a few minor things doing for the MOT, which were done without question, dealt with Jack, really nice little car, and it was delivered, I’m pleased with the car.
Bought a mitsubishi asx on Thursday and it is absolutely brilliant can't fault it and Jack was brilliant

Purchased a Mitsubishi Asx 6 weeks ago from this company & there are so many problems with it,... have had numerous conversations with the manager but he obviously not taking my issues seriously...this car is an absolute nightmare & i want to return it but i just get fobbed off all the time...there beyoned a joke its so fustrating

My daughter bought a car from here. And 8 weeks later failed mot on breaks was told the breaks would of been non serviceable when car purchased as only done little milage since getting car. Took back for them to repair and he told her she would have to pay half. When she picked up car he charged her the full £75 for a hand break cable. Stay away from this garage total rip off con man. Have contacted trading standards about them. The positive reviews on here are fake made by his friends. Trust me please and stay away from this com artist.

Went to buy an ASX on purchase I had a new mot, service and warranty. The tailgate wouldn’t open and the dealer told me to get a quote and they would sort. Since then they have ignored me. Won’t answer calls, texts or emails. Complete waste of time. Save your money and don’t use them. Rudeness like this is deserved when your spending thousands of pounds

I was talking to him about a car I was interested in and he came across very rude and arrogant. Because of his attitude, I told him I was no longer interested, just because I thought that the aftercare would be bad if he is already rude before I've even bought it. He became violent, sending messages which I wish I could post on here but they are vile and disgusting, very threatening, basically threatening violence. Never again and I'd advise others to stay away.
Bought a car off Jack 3 weeks ago...18 January 2020 for 5.5k. First week the AC didn't work car was misting up. Called him said its winter ac doesnt come on! Had it checked by specialist and confirmed ac not working. Same week battery died...I broke down on the school run. Recovery man tested and confirmed original battery had been swapped with old one. Now in 3rd week the automatic gearbox has developed fault. After many calls and messages this liar dealer doesnt want to know. He promised a 6 month warranty that was supposed to come through post....never came, he told me several times he has sent it. Phoned warranty company and they advised nothing registered with them and they dont deal with this dealer. He took my old car as part ex and gave me peanuts for it....it was a mint car. He knew he was selling a car with problems to me

I bought a lovely car this weekend from Hillfield Motors. Altogether a very pleasant procedure from start to finish.! Jack the owner went out for a test drive with me last weekend, then I secured purchase by paying a deposit over phone then went down to finish transaction yesterday and drove new car away! Jack was very helpful in showing me how to use all the new digital features of the car. Can't recommend this garage enough, great service!
