My experience with Hilton Car Supermarket is pretty much good. Some lights have came on the dash since, but they have reassured me that it'll be easily sorted under their Nationwide warranty. I do have a couple of pieces of feedback that could've made the experience better. The waiting times were longer than expected on both my viewing and collection visits, even though I had appointments which was a little frustrating. There was also some miscommunication regarding the MOT — it was promised by finance but not actioned by sales. To be fair, the team offered to carry one out on the day of collection once they realised, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait due to work commitments. Despite those communication hiccups I still think Hilton Car Supermarket deserves a good 3-star rating, as the car’s in quite nice condition and was well presented.

One of the best dealerships I have been to. I have already told the manager about the great customer service I received from Iqrar. The experience was excellent from start to finish. He even gave me his personal WhatsApp number so I could message him with any questions, and he always replied quickly with detailed answers. The service was very proactive and I will definitely be using this dealership again in the future. Compared to other dealerships I have visited, these guys are right at the top. As for the car I purchased, I am thoroughly enjoying it and have not had any issues. I highly recommend Hilton.

Car is running how it should. Staff were great, really helpful, answered any questions I had and professional. The car was cleaned spotlessly, it was like new when I picked it up. I am giving a 4.5/5 just as I am missing a booklet, however apart from that I can't fault.

So far, so good! Not had any problems. The staff were really easy to deal with, it was a smooth transaction, any issues with the car, they made sure to get it fixed prior to me collecting it, I felt they were proactive in getting things done, would use them again.

All seems good with my Hyundai Ioniq at the minute and I was happy with the service provided by Paul over at Hilton Car Supermarket. I'm never one to give out full marks for anything or anyone, so it's a 4 from me.

I bought a BMW 5 series from Hilton back in September and all's been fine with the car so far. Gugundeep was the salesman who helped me and I was happy with the service received.

I’m very pleased with my new car and really enjoying it. I did have a couple of small niggles when I first got it, one being that the passenger-side wiper was loose. It wasn’t an issue, as I know the car had just had a new windscreen fitted, so I just tightened it up myself. I also noticed a wheel nut was missing, but again, not a big problem I just ordered a new set, had them fitted, and the car looks great again! Overall, the sales team were really good to deal with, and I genuinely enjoyed the buying process. No complaints at all about how I was treated!

My Land Rover Discovery from Hilton Car Supermarket has been alright for me so far. The service which was done on the car wasn’t quite what I had expected, so I’ve had it redone. I did find the aftersales team a little difficult to reach, and the customer service when discussing issues wasn’t as professional as I had hoped. That said, the manager and Owen who I have dealt with directly, have both been really good to be fair.

Everything's alright so far, the sales process was nothing special, was just buying a car but all things taken into consideration it was good, couldn't fault them. The car is doing good, nothing major has come up since buying it. Even knocked 100 quid off the price.
