My son was interested in a car from Hilton Car Supermarket, a lovely Kia Sportage. Unfortunately he didn't have the time to go and view the car. So I went on his behalf, when I arrived all the staff were lovely and polite. After discussing the details with with my son the car was purchased. The only problem we faced, not really a problem just an inconvenience is that we needed to purchase temporary insurance to get home, the staff gave me some recommendations of insurers that may be able to help and we did get it sorted- but I do feel it would be easier for all parties if possible to do the insurance in house. but in the end we are left with a great car and we are very pleased.

Unfortunately over the weekend I got into a little car accident and the car has seen better days! But over all I am happy with the purchase. The salesman Daanyaal was a real laugh and very approachable. I asked him many questions and he answered all very clearly and there was no jargon from him. A great and enjoyable car shopping experience.

Mohammed from Hilton Car Supermarket went above and beyond to ensure the experience buying my new A-Class was one I would never forget. From the get go, Mohammed was attentive and understood my needs, he helped me with looking around the options available and inevitably, choosing a car which suited me and was affordable based on my budget. The car itself have been really really good, it's lovely to drive and my friends like it too. There were some very minor engine issues in the early stages, I had warranty with the car but lost the documentation so decided to sort this myself, it didn't cost me much at all. I'm very pleased with Mohammed, Hilton Car Supermarket and my new Mercedes. It puts my old 207 to shame.

To be quite frank, I haven't driven the car at all. My son was in the market for a new car, he has been driving a works van for the most part in the past, he is doing more work on site so is no longer transporting his tools and materials as much and just wanted something for a run around to get him back and to too work. The only issue I am aware of is the sat nav and radio doesn't work properly, I think there is an update needed to the entertainment system. Overall, my lad loves his new car and it's serving it's purpose, the customer service has been really good, Sean was helpful, phoned us often just to check in and ensure we were happy with everything and got everything sorted out quickly, smoothly, met the expectations he set, very good service!

I work in a role where my car is an essential tool of the trade, I am a community healthcare assistant and can be back and forth to different properties, different patients at different times of the day sometimes with situations which are rather urgent. I purchased a Vauxhall Mariva from Hilton Car Supermarket as I had seen the positive online reputation of Hilton and heard some good things about the car too. So far so good, I haven't had any issues and obviously, reliability is something of great importance to me. I am getting between 55-60 MPG as well so it's saving me quite a bit of fuel compared to my last car.
