Got a solid motor, runs a treat every time. Mercedes A Class - Been wanting one of these for a while and Hilton got it done in good timing, I was keen to get it as soon as I saw it was the one I have been looking for. I have been loving driving it, I did get a puncture the other day, but unfortunately I can not blame you guys for that considering the car was bought in October, haha! If I could describe Dales customer service in a few words, It would be - Very friendly. Polite. Great service all the way through.

I was pleased with the respectful, kind customer service that was given at Hilton. I came down back in October and purchased a great Mercedes Benz CLA Class, the car was spotless, clean and tidy- inside and out, even the wheels were sparkling. This experience was everything I would expect when coming to such a brilliant dealership to buy a great car. The only thing that I didn't see was any pushiness or hard sell tactics, and it was so refreshing in this industry to see. Highly recommend Hilton Car Supermarket!

Here at Hilton Car Supermarket my expectations were certainly met. I met multiple people on the sales team down at the dealership and everyone was a pleasant person to talk to. The team were proactive around the place, they take on board what you say and they are very big on not pushing and deciding for yourself what car you want. This is what I liked a lot. If there was anything to improve on it would be I got a fair few calls after I bought the car regarding inquiring on the car, even though I had just purchased. Nothing to major and there is always room for improvement. I would buy from Hilton Car Supermarket again!

Overall, I would like to say I had a very good, smooth, clean run down at Hilton Car Supermarket. I got the car I wanted and I am very pleased with the choice I made. Aaron explained everything clearly and made the sale very transparent and clear before we proceeded with anything. The customer service here is great, I can certainly say that. I believe there is always room for improvement in anything we do, if there was one thing I would improve it would just be the time management when doing the hand over, we was waiting for a while and it seems like forever. Other than this my experience was perfect!

The car (Volvo X60) I purchased back in October is doing exactly what I bought it for. This car has been great for my work needs, as it is a nice and spacious vehicle that suits my requirements perfectly. The staff at Hilton Car Supermarket were very helpful and approachable throughout the buying process. They were transparent and answered all my questions in a satisfactory manner. The transition was a bit strange for me, as I didn't have a chance to see the car before purchasing it. However, Sean, the representative I dealt with, was very good in easing my concerns. He patiently answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. One thing that impressed me about Sean was his responsiveness. He always got back to me within a day, which I appreciated. Overall, he displayed a high level of professionalism and was extremely helpful. My experience with Hilton Car Supermarket has been positive. The car is fulfilling its purpose, and the service provided by Sean has been excellent. I would rate my overall experience a 5 out of 5.

My car has been brilliant, I am very much liking the Hyundai Tucson. Since I have bought it, I haven't come across one issue, the car has been reliable and a brilliant, a very smooth drive too. The customer service on a whole was lovely! They made me feel comfortable and they helped me along the way with whatever I needed help with. I will be rating a 4 star, not because anything needs improving, just because I never feel comfortable in a sales environment but these guys did their best to make me feel comfortable! The Audi A4 has been nothing but a nice reliable car since I drive away with it. Dale, the lad dealing with me provided great service and made everything run smooth and I feel as if the experience was made easy. The services they provided was hand down really good!
