I have been in car sales in the past and I can for sure say I received the most amazing customer service by Abdul. The process was smooth, easy, quick and very straightforward. He did everything for me and made sure l was in check. I arrived in the morning and by noon I was driving away in a new car and I couldn't of been happier.

Everything's running smoothly, and I'm really enjoying driving my new car. It's a huge step up from my previous Corsa – the A1 is a big upgrade. I've always liked how Audis look, and this one doesn't disappoint. The drive is smooth, and I think I'll be sticking with Audis from now on. I chose Hilton for this purchase, and it was a great decision. The team was helpful and friendly throughout the process, and they made it easy for me. I never felt overwhelmed or intimidated. Everyone at Hilton was genuinely helpful, and I didn't encounter any problems. I felt well taken care of and looked after. If the timing aligns, I'd definitely consider using Hilton again. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I usually buy brand new cars but I was looking for something to take to Spain with me when I go, it would only do 1000 miles a year you see so I didn't think a brand new car this time round would be suitable. I was very pleased with how everything went, it was smooth and refreshing. Ail was a brilliant salesman, he did everything he was suppose to do and carried the sale incredible well. I had no issues at all, I am very pleased!

I would happily come back and use Sean again, he was great! Showed great communication and really took the time to explain everything. There was a little misunderstanding at the start between which sales guy I was dealing with but we got there in the end.

I had a very very good experience down at Hilton. Everything was literally perfect. I am a mechanic myself and to say I am over the moon with the car I got is certainly quite impressive. I put it on the ramp and inspected it myself and I was best impressed with it. Abdul was great, he took the time to go through everything and I was very happy with how he handled everything, it was more than enjoyable.

I would rate my experience a 4 stars, overall I am very happy and the car has highly satisfied me from he day I bought it. If there was any slight improvements they could of made is that that get back to you a bit quicker. Other than that the whole experience as been pretty good! Thank you.
