Dealing with Ali was a great experience, he was really good at what he did. He did the majority of the leg work and couldn't of done more for me. We live a couple of hours away and was reassured and felt confident in the car buying process. Everything ran fine and we couldn't of asked for much better service. Ali did everything with precision and was all round truly brilliant.

The car was well explained and well presented and valeted to a very high level. I thought the customer service that was provided by Hisham was spectacular! He made everything so clear and his attention to detail was great! The Vauxhall Mokka is running brilliantly, no issues so far and I am very much enjoying that new car feeling still! The Jeep is running well, and I'm quite content with it. Enjoying the driving experience – it's a comfortable and smooth ride, even though I do miss my big van, this is so much more fun to drive. I've been putting effort into keeping it clean and polished, when I took it away it was gleaming, so maintaining that has bene hard but I have told myself I will look after this one! The customer service was exceptional – both my wife and I were dealt with in a very polite and professional manner. I'd rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The team were outstanding.

I am loving the Hyundai Tucson! Its a great car! It has everything I want and need in a car, and the new features gadgets are awesome, its a all round perfect car for my needs. I have now done a couple of thousand miles in my new Skoda Octavia and nothing of concern at all. It was a pleasure dealing with Habeeb he was great and was brilliant at his job. The car was very very well prepared, it looked perfect and was squeaky clean. Nothing to report, a smooth transaction and a brilliant Skoda purchased.

I came to Hilton Car Supermarket on a Sunday afternoon and that evening I had the car and everything was done and dusted! I was very pleased with the service I recieved and how quick the sale was done. I would use Hilton again in the future based on the customer service so far. I only had one slight issue and I didn't receive my warranty documents, I just had to give them a call to chase it up and I received it very soon after! The issue was resolved. I am very happy over all and I would absolutely rate 5 stars.

I bought a car, mainly to drive at the weekends for pleasure and so I can give my work van a rest. I drive the van all week then at the weekend I switch to the new Ford Kuga I purchased, its driving well and I do like it a lot! The way it drives is great, its smooth, comfy and al all round great car, especially coming from a van all week, this feel like luxury. Pretty speedy too! All was great with my experience at Hilton Car Supermarket There was nothing to be unhappy about in the slightest. Certainly sits at the top of the rating chart!
