Smooth process with Hilton Car Supermarket car is doing absolutely fine (touch wood) with no issues to report.

It turned out there was no service history with the car and I only found out after purchase which wasn't great. Aside from that, the car has been fine with no issues to speak of. I have to knock a star off due to the service history issue, but I'd definitely consider purchasing again from there.

I just searched online for a car and Hilton appeared on Autotrader so I decided to pop in as I'm quite local to them. I'm loving it, it's a great car. The guy who took me for a test drive and who showed me around the car was great we got on well, but the guy we were discussing some of the payments with was a little bit cold. It ended up being ok, we got sorted out in the end.

I dealt with Mohammed, I've got no complaints regarding the service. Everything was explained to me regarding the process. I think for us we reserved a couple of cars and one of them didn't turn up and we weren't sure why, it was a bit of a hassle trying to view and test drive it. It made the process longer and more difficult. The car we chose has been fine though, it's a nice drive.

The car is great for what we needed it for. Ezenwa has been excellent - he was the one who sold me a car previously so I went directly back to him to find another vehicle. He remembered who I was, so he perfectly understood our needs and identified the right vehicle for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for second hand used cars. 5 out of 5.

Jamie is a lovely lad, he explained everything fine, he took me through the process step by step. The car is fine although I had to get a few things done on it, I live quite a way from the dealership so I got the issues sorted myself. I've recommended them to my wife who will pop down to look at cars in the next few weeks.

I’d describe my experience with Hilton Car Supermarket as completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were efficient, helpful and kept me updated throughout. I absolutely adore my bright red Audi A1! Everyone seems to go for darker colours these days, so it makes me smile every time I see it.
