I found Hilton Car Supermarket while looking for a Tesla on AutoTrader, and I am glad I came across it. This is my first electric car, and I have been enjoying it very much. The team at the dealership offered a good level of customer service, and I am happy overall.

My experience when purchasing the car was good. The salesman was helpful, and the staff were very good. However, I will say that the aftersales service is not the same; it is very hard to get through to them when calling, which I found very frustrating

We went to Hilton Car Supermarket looking for an automatic SUV when we came across the Jaguar F-Pace, which had all the specifications we were looking for. We were offered a test drive but didn’t need it, as we have driven similar cars in the past. The Jaguar has been absolutely brilliant since the purchase. The only criticism I have is that there was no parcel shelf, which we didn’t notice at the time.

The Jaguar E-Pace that I purchased has been really good. I generally had a good experience, although the only thing stopping me from giving it five stars was that the day of collection was changed, which was a bit disappointing.
