Hands down this company has been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Hassan was really quick at responding to any of my messages, when I had any questions. Also on the day he allowed me to take it out on a test drive before purchasing, and I think this really helped my decision making process. There were some issues that I wanted to sort out on the car before taking it home, and these were sorted out right away. I would happily get another car from here.

Honestly I can't pick a single fault with how everything has been. I got my Hyundai I20 at a great price and I received some quality customer service in the process, so for me I can't not give 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I never give top marks but there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my experience with this company. Everything went as expected, and the customer service I received was second to none. I went for the Audi Q3 because I was in need of a bigger car. It's been perfect, so no complaints from me.

No question I asked was too much trouble for them, which I was impressed with because not once did they have to go and ask someone for answers. After taking Peugeot 2008 for a small test drive, I was happy to discuss finance options. I sat down with the team and talked about numbers, once we both came to an agreement, I had it!

I reckon I've had my Volkswagen Golf for around 6-8 weeks now, so I think it's a good time to leave a review. My car has been really enjoyable to drive, and I'm glad I opted for the Golf. I've already put around 800 miles on the car since taking it home with it being my daily car. I think Mo was the gentleman on the day, and he was more than helpful! I couldn't recommend him enough. Ask for Mo if you find yourself at this dealership.

Since driving away from this dealership I've been driving my car every single day because I'm to and from work. Abul was the guy who looked after me and honestly, top marks! I can't compliment him enough, not once did I feel any pressure from him and I was in the dealership for a while! He knew the answers to all of my questions and it's been great.

If I were to get another car from this dealership I don't think I would change anything as terms of the process they use because everything went as smoothly as possible. When I first walked into the Hilton Car Supermarket the team were very welcoming on arrival and made me feel at ease while I was looking around. I eventually found a Nissan that caught my eye, so I approached the salesman for more information and once I was happy with everything, I was offered a test drive. As soon as I started to drive it, I wanted to take it home!! 2 month later and I'm still really happy with my car.

We are thrilled with our recent purchase of a Ford Ka + from here. Ali made the whole experience incredibly relaxed and stress-free. Unlike some salesmen I've delt with in the past, he didn't push us into a decision and gave us the time/ space we needed to make the right choice. We were torn between the Ka and a Skoda, but Ali was patient while we made the decision. In the end, my wife decided on the Ford because she was especially impressed by its low mileage of just 20k miles. Overall, a fantastic experience with Hilton Car Supermarket, and we couldn't be happier with our new car!

It's safe to say that we got a good quality car because me and my partner have just driven it to Spain! It made it with ease and we're really happy with how it drives. Alexander was the perfect salesman because he was very informative and even on the day of collection he arranged for it to get valeted inside and out.

David was perfect! I can't fault his customer service at all because from start to finish he was brilliant. He sold me a good quality BMW 3 Series and I'm really enjoying the car. It's my new daily car, and I've fallen back in love with driving.
