I've not used my car that much since driving it away because I only tend to do small trips throughout the week but for the time being, it's been a really enjoyable drive. On the day there was no hard sell and once we agreed a price for part exchanging my car in, I went ahead with it. I was keen to take it home on the same day, and the team were quick to make this happen.

Very impressed is the right word to use with how things went during my time at Hilton. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I found every member of staff to be very approachable, and I can't thank them enough for the detailed answers to my questions. I've had my car for over a month now and it's been great.

Shoutout to the customer service at this dealership because it was absolutely brilliant. What really impressed me was how respectful they were, especially considering I was a woman car shopping alone. They didn't talk down to me at all, which I really appreciated. I made an enquiry over the phone, and just a couple of days later, the Ford B-Max was all mine. Great experience all around.

Credit where it's due because the staff at this dealership were incredibly patient with me. I'm not too savvy with internet processes, and I even had a paper driving licence, which made things a bit more complicated. But they stuck with me, and now I've got a plastic one, so things should be smoother in the future. My Hyundai I20 is a lovely little run-around, and I'm really happy with it. They have a large selection of cars, and I'll definitely be returning in the future to see what they have.
