Just wanted to share my recent experience.... It's been a breeze! Got a new battery under warranty, and everything's running smooth as silk. I'm absolutely loving it! Previously I had a Seat I was quite attached to, but I needed to switch to automatic—a big plus, especially with my arthritis. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, every single person was helpful, friendly, and oh so welcoming. They were definitely considerate, especially for someone like me, a woman on my own. Felt totally safe and comfortable. 5 stars, without a doubt. I'll happily go back again!.

The Mazda 2 and I are getting along just fine. I am happy I went with the Mazda, its a great little motor that suits my needs perfectly. Raheem was a good lad, he took the lead and made everything very smooth and clear. He did plenty to help me out which doesn't go unseen! 👌

The customer service was great, Riley really did try his hardest for us. I originally came down to get a different car but something was wrong with the car I went for, so, Riley got a different car sorted for me, which I really am happy with. I liked that Riley ad his sales team were honest about the car having an issue, and didn't just sell it to me anyway. There was no pushiness, it was a nice environment with really nice staff.

Really pleased with my new Ford B - Max, the sale was really smooth going, good staff, really nice and friendly. I'm not entirely sure why I did go for the Ford B -Max, I think it was just because I love the look of it and it suits my needs perfectly... anyway, I am glad I chose this car because it is running brilliantly. If I was to rate my experience, it would be 5 stars. I know I would recommend and possibly come back for my next car!

Got a solid motor, runs a treat every time. Mercedes A Class - Been wanting one of these for a while and Hilton got it done in good timing, I was keen to get it as soon as I saw it was the one I have been looking for. I have been loving driving it, I did get a puncture the other day, but unfortunately I can not blame you guys for that considering the car was bought in October, haha! If I could describe Dales customer service in a few words, It would be - Very friendly. Polite. Great service all the way through.

I was pleased with the respectful, kind customer service that was given at Hilton. I came down back in October and purchased a great Mercedes Benz CLA Class, the car was spotless, clean and tidy- inside and out, even the wheels were sparkling. This experience was everything I would expect when coming to such a brilliant dealership to buy a great car.
