Here at Hilton Car Supermarket my expectations were certainly met. I met multiple people on the sales team down at the dealership and everyone was a pleasant person to talk to. The team were proactive around the place, they take on board what you say and they are very big on not pushing and deciding for yourself what car you want. This is what I liked a lot. If there was anything to improve on it would be I got a fair few calls after I bought the car regarding inquiring on the car, even though I had just purchased. Nothing to major and there is always room for improvement. I would buy from Hilton Car Supermarket again!

Overall, I would like to say I had a very good, smooth, clean run down at Hilton Car Supermarket. I got the car I wanted and I am very pleased with the choice I made. Aaron explained everything clearly and made the sale very transparent and clear before we proceeded with anything. The customer service here is great, I can certainly say that. I believe there is always room for improvement in anything we do, if there was one thing I would improve it would just be the time management when doing the hand over, we was waiting for a while and it seems like forever. Other than this my experience was perfect!

The car (Volvo X60) I purchased back in October is doing exactly what I bought it for. This car has been great for my work needs, as it is a nice and spacious vehicle that suits my requirements perfectly. The staff at Hilton Car Supermarket were very helpful and approachable throughout the buying process. They were transparent and answered all my questions in a satisfactory manner. The transition was a bit strange for me, as I didn't have a chance to see the car before purchasing it. However, Sean, the representative I dealt with, was very good in easing my concerns. He patiently answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. One thing that impressed me about Sean was his responsiveness. He always got back to me within a day, which I appreciated. Overall, he displayed a high level of professionalism and was extremely helpful. My experience with Hilton Car Supermarket has been positive. The car is fulfilling its purpose, and the service provided by Sean has been excellent. I would rate my overall experience a 5 out of 5.

My car has been brilliant, I am very much liking the Hyundai Tucson. Since I have bought it, I haven't come across one issue, the car has been reliable and a brilliant, a very smooth drive too. The customer service on a whole was lovely! They made me feel comfortable and they helped me along the way with whatever I needed help with. I will be rating a 4 star, not because anything needs improving, just because I never feel comfortable in a sales environment but these guys did their best to make me feel comfortable! The Audi A4 has been nothing but a nice reliable car since I drive away with it. Dale, the lad dealing with me provided great service and made everything run smooth and I feel as if the experience was made easy. The services they provided was hand down really good! I would infact come back to Hilton in the not to distant future for another car and I would definitely pass on my recommendations. The car A4 is a cracking car!

I am having a great time with my new Dacia Duster, I have finally put a toe bar on it and customising it to my liking and making the car more mine, if you know what I mean. I have fitted the toe bar because I toe a small trailer for all of my fishing stuff, its only a small box trailer but it does the job. I dealt with a gent called Sean, he was great. Told me everything I needed to know and kept me in the loop. Sean helped me out to the most he could. Thanks a lot!

I am happy with my Mercedes-Benz C Class, its a really nice car! My favourite thing about it is how nice it look on the outside and just to top it off it's stunning interior design too! The team at Hilton car Supermarket are kind, helpful and most of all very approachable, you can ask anyone any question and they all would be happy to help. I would rate my experience 5 stars! Everything is going really well, my new Skoda Fabia is great, the service from Riley was amazing and I feel we got a really good deal all in all. Very happy!!!

I have recently changed jobs, making a little more than I was and decided to treat myself, I have always liked the Golfs and came across a really nice 18 reg, low millage, excellent condition and in the colour I wanted. I had a Seat Leon previously and the car is very similar just under a different manufacture so it really didn't take long to adapt at all. The service was excellent too and the only way it could be improved in my opinion is if the communication was a little more proactive.. I had to wait a long time on the day of collection because I wasn't informed the finance hadn't gone through yet. Really happy above all and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Hilton Car Supermarket.
