I came from a VW Tiguan for 2 years and I thought I had better make a change, I came down to Hilton Car Supermarket and was very pleased to have driven away in a lovey Jaguar XF that is going lovely.
The only thing I didn't get was a handbook but Im getting used to looking on the computer now. I thought the staff were very helpful and everything and because of this I would like to give 5 stars.

The whole experience was made smoothly by the great level of customer service that I was provided with, it was very customer focused and was all about me and my needs. This is the first car I have bought from a dealership or car supermarket but I would say its was a positive experience that I am rather happy with. From what I experianced I would rate a 4.5 as I have nothing to compare it to!

Cant complain with a same day turn around! I was shocked at how fast and easy the process was. i thought buying a car would be more stressfull but I had a great salesman - Mohammed really took care of the sale and handled everything smoothly. Made it look easy infact. The type of salesman you want to be dealing with - from my experience I would be giving them 10/10.
