Based on my experience I would rate 4 stars, I am very happy with the service and the car is driving fine. I am currently just waiting on my V5 from the DVLA but that is nothing to do with Hilton. Over all pleased.

I came to Hilton Car Supermarket because I saw online whilst looking for a Land Rover and I loved the look of the cars they had there. The Land Rover we saw just wasn't for us and then we spotted a Range Rover and it was lovely....we just could not say no. The staff were so lovely and helped me through the sale massively. I think I would definitely use again in the future.

Initially me and my wife were going to buy online form Hilton Car Super Market but he bank wasn't playing ball, So we drove down and came to collect it, when we saw it my wife was jumping with joy. She loves it, we bought it together but it was more for her to use than me and she is over the moon. We were looked after when we met face to face they were lovely and when we were communicating, that also were very responsive and easy.

On the day i came down to purchase My Mercedes C Class, the dealership was quite busy but even so I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the process still ran smoothly. The car is great, I've not ruined it too much yet ahaha! The car was spotless, so clean and so tidy and smelt beautiful am really enjoying it and I still have the new car feeling so win win!!

It was a straight forward easy process down at Hilton Car Super Market, you had a car, I like it so I bought it! Very easy. I drove away with a smile on my face and I am still smiling now!
I did have a little issue with the paint work, but very very happy with how it was sorted.
