Previously came to this place to have a look at a 2 ltr golf GTD. Both me and my partner were on our way back from the gym so we were in our tracksuits. We are 20 years old and previously brought a scirocco from Hilton. I sold my car a few weeks ago and have a decent deposit to put down. I seen one of the member of staff dealing with a customer so me and my partner waited by the car. The worker was polite and helpful with the customers as they were about to set off for a test drive. I approached the gentlemen when his clients had set off and requested how I would go about test driving this car? His attitude was disgusting and his response was 'well to be honest you have to be committed to buying the car so you know' and pretty much smirked at myself and my partner and walked off before I can even ask anymore questions and that was the end of it. I felt like I was disgriminated because of my age as me and my partner do look very young. Whereas if I slammed my deposit of £5,000 on the table they would most likely of been very helpful. Me and my partner was disgusted by the outcome as per above we recently purchased a scirocco from this garage. Will not be viewing/ buying from here again.

Vehicle purchased from Hilton Garage developed a fault within 3 months of ownership. I had the vehicle repaired myself partly under warranty. The vehicle then developed further problems that were so serious the vehicle became unusable and in my opinion not fit for purpose. Hilton Garage were notified and were initially very helpful but as soon as Hilton Garage were asked to take the car back due to a lack of trust or faith in the car by me, they agreed to take the car back given the circumstances but their offer to do so put me significantly out of pocket. I involved my solicitor with a view to reviewing my case, he in turn contacted Hilton Garage reiterating that I had been significantly inconvenienced, had lost the use of the vehicle for lengthily periods of time and had not been able to work as a result of the vehicles problems but to my disappointment the response we received from the owners via their operations manager was that if I didn't like their offer then I was free to sue them. Obviously this is disappointing as the costs for me to litigate against Hilton Garage are so significant that i simply cannot afford the legal costs involved in pursuing my complaint. I now find myself significantly out of pocket and completely let down by Hilton Garage and its owners. Overall not a nice experience and a very costly one at that. Myself, family and Friends will not be customers of Hilton Garage again.

I had a very good experience at Hilton Garage. The salesman I had looking after me was very helpful and was willing let me look at a few different cars, I was able to test drive 2 models on my own so I had a good feel for each car. I wish I could have taken both but I'm happy with my choice and I would recommend them.

They were very helpful during the sale but what really impressed me was the continued service afterwards, any questions or issues I've had with the car I just simply call up, they always answer or call me back within minutes and get it sorted every time. I would certainly recommend Hilton Garage to anybody reading this review.

No problems at all with my car from Hilton Garage so i would recommend them, just what you see is what you get. Could be more flexible on price as they were very this is the price you pay for it or you dont. Thats my only advice for them, after all we all want to have a good deal but worth being aware of this.

Hilton Garage were really good at letting me know where we was up to when i was buying the car and then when things were sorted after when i popped it in. Some bits where wrong on the car and they took it in the next day and sorted them. It was only scratches but i was really happy they were willing to do this straight away. I have reviewed them as highly as I could and recommend anyone in Derby go to buy a car from them

Was in and out within 45 mins. We travelled some distance to get our car from here. Customer service really good, he showed me around the car and looked great, took a test drive and felt good so we went through with the deal and I am now the owner of a Seat Leon from the Hilton Garage in Derby

Firstly i would go back and would tell others to use them, thats important
I can not remember who looked after me but basically i asked for an extra key fr the car as there was only one prior to purchase, the man who dealt with me said he would do this and when i came to collect he was true to his word and had this done for me at no extra cost
Service was informative, relaxed with no pressure which is good for a car garage and this helped make my mind up to buy. I have a slight issue with my brakes sqeeking so i will be contacting the garage to sort soon and hoping they will fix, which i was told they would if i had any problems

Very good, professional on the phone and the car was immaculate
Slight qualm when I collected was that I had driven a long way to collect the car and it felt like i was on a conveyor belt where it was a case of heres the keys thanks and bye, so expected better customer service. Again this is such a small thing
To put in context i would go back and would tell my friends!!!
