Recently called into Nissan Holdcroft in Hanley to look for a second hand car. The salesperson Chris introduced himself to us but then left us to have a look around. This was a great relief as I had been to another well known car dealer and was hounded relentlessly by the sales man. I found a car I liked and the deal was done, after being given exactly the price I had in mind for my car I was exchanging. Happy days!!!!!! Purchased a CVR from Holdcroft for £18000, it had faults on collection and No service and No Multi point checks. They said they would sort the issues later. They ignore all calls made over last 6 months and Honda UK have been involved to no avail. The case now is being dealt with by the ombudsmen. Deal with this dealer at your peril
