Have just purchased a Vw Touareg from Imperial Motor Company and found the whole process totally stress free The two members of the team I dealt with Steve and Gary were courteous and professional and the vehicle was immaculate when I collected it .I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle this year from Imperial Motor Company in St. Leonards. Nice service, relaxed and no pressure. Lots of very tatty cars let the place down, a feeling of a back street car lot. Bought what u thought was a really ok car but have had no end of issues. They claim to service your car but having had a mate check it over they had not. Further work carried out but again had a mate check it and it wasn't done as they claimed. Car comes back dirty each time and most recently damaged. Still more going wrong. I have given up. I could never recommend this place, shop carefully and note that anyone happy with their cars wouldn't offer just a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty.

Really impressed with imperial motors and service received! Picked and test drove my car and picked it up within a few days. Reliable and friendly service, will always try to get all future cars from imperial motors! Haven't had any problems with my car (touch wood). And they have a great range to select from.

I feel I must comment on how pleased I was with the service and after sales service I had received from this company Ryan their salesman and Steve and their team couldn't do enough when I bought my wife's car for our anniversary and I was so impressed I have bought a lovely car for my self although I had a few minor problems with my new car they fixed straight away on the warranty with no quibbling the prices of both cars were very reasonable and it is nice to find such an honest and competitively priced company with no strings attached I would recommend any one to pay them a visit I wish them well for future trade

Not having much experience of buying used cars we found the team to be straightforward to deal with and very helpful. We saw the vehicle on the web site on the Sunday and vehicle was on our drive by the Wednesday. Service all as described and communication was good through the whole process.

Drove 240 miles in total with assurance "they wanted everything to be right for me" only to find (luckily) that the sunroof was inoperative and when questioning them I was told "we unplug them on this type of vehicle because we can incur costs if they go wrong" when testing the sunroof the rear sunroof motor was running so "we unplug them" proves to be a lie. The front one, however, was totally dead but did not seem to be locked so in one corner it was completely free to move +\\- 1" the seal was also deformed meaning water resistance is obviously impaired. On confrontation I was told "I was buying a used car so could expect faults like this" and that "the car was sold to have a panoramic roof not a sunroof". There is still to this day no mention of it in the advert and this potentially very expensive fault was trying to be hidden in attempt to take advantage of people. The car is also priced at the higher end of the market so faults like this on a car that is sold as perfect cannot be excused. Imperial motors knowingly are still trying to sell a car with no mention of a sunroof that is inoperative which could cost "£2,000" to fix and had absolutely no intention of telling me.
