I urge anyone who is looking to purchase a used car to AVOID Car Firm on the A1 in Peterborough at all costs! I purchased a car on the 13th January 2023 and It was delivered with a fault which they refused to acknowledge or help with. Within 2 weeks some more serious faults occurred and I had a car garage take a look at the issues (at car firms request) and was told the vehicle was not road worthy and I could have had a serious accident. Under consumer law and after taking advice from citizens advice they told me that I was within my rights to reject the car and for them to refund me.. they completely refused and constantly lied to me and my partner, fobbing us off saying we had caused the damage. The damage was internal and the hubnut for the wheel wasnt attached and the drive shaft was wonky. The break pads were also fitted incorrectly.. I am 2 months down the line and have luckily now managed to get my money back through section 75 of the credit card charge back but I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing from these clowns to walk away and go elsewhere. They also fobbed off Lloyds bank with bullsh!t excuses as to why they couldn’t speak to them. Adam Khan and the rest of the gang have been reported to trading standards who are currently investigating these scammers. All you need to do is look at their 1 star reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one.

Avoid at all cost. This company is currently under investigation by the action fraud. They fabricate their reviews through relatives and friends. They have breached several offences such as taking peoples deposits without paying back in excess of £1000. If a car bought from them has any fault (most likely) you will not get your money back.I would warn the public against this company. Go to reputable companies who are registered with the motors ombudsman. Car firm is not registered with the motors ombudsman. Crooks and criminals who smile when buying a vehicle and turn hostile when the faults begin a few weeks afterwards.

Went to go view a car today and a salesman called Andy, was very helpful and helped us answer all the questions we had with the car. It was a very quick and seamless process, was driving away happy within an hour! Overall very nice dealership, and would definitely recommend!
