I travelled 2 hours to see a car that looked great on the advert. The price was marked above market price, but had low miles and only 2 previous owners. There were no pictures from the inside nor close ups from the outside, which should have alerted me really. When I started inspecting the car found a lot of broken things and defects that were not mentioned in the advert. The windshield had a crack the size of a £1 coin in the middle. The screen wash bottle cap was missing and had been replaced by the plastic round cap of a spray can. One of the boot shelf anchorage's was broken so when opening the boot the tray hanged crooked from one side. The front bumper also had signs of a collision that was not mentioned on the advert. The inside of the car was very dirty and full of animal hair and the upholstery was dirty (hence why there were no pictures of the inside). When asked about the car the staff wasn't knowledgeable and was quite dismissive when all the defects were pointed out. I wouldn't recommend this dealership as reading the reviews afterwards I found that this is a regular situation with other cars too.

The staff were very helpful! They could provide information about tax, the range of cars and insurance. It was easy to look at the cars and take them for a test drive.
