We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Ivybridge Trade Centre for helping us choose an awesome, low mileage, one owner car that we are so proud of. Simon, who we think might be the boss?, Zac the non-pressurizing salesman, Lucy who is constantly on hand for any questions etc, the mechanic who we think was called Colin who instantly sorted out the one tiny niggle we had with our new car (a five pence piece stuck in the seat rail no less!!!). Add onto this the fact they gave us a jolly good and fair price for our trade in vehicle. We absolutely recommend these guys to everyone and feel certain we will be returning next time we change either of our cars. I bought a ford fiesta from ivybridge trade centre. they put 12 months mot on it. things started going wrong Very quickly. exhaust fell off within the first week. strong smell of petrol all the time so took it to a garage to have another mot even though it wasn't due. All I can say they were lucky the car didn't kill anyone. Brake pipes covered in Greece to hide the fact they were rusty to the point they could burst anytime. cracked and perished flexi brake pipes. perished fuel pipes. subframe rusted beyond repair, emissions well over legal limit and all this from a car that passed an mot 2 months previous with no advisories and sold to a family with 3 kids. Never will I do business with these cowboys again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them

Hi Matt, sorry to hear that you are disappointed. You bought the fiesta 10 months ago, not 2 months ago for just over £900-I have looked at the MOT history and it has only failed on brake pipes and a bulb. The corrosion is an advisory, which i feel is acceptable on a 16 year old car. We try to help where we can but on the older cheaper cars there will usually be some costs involved when you mot the car the next year. The DVLA have also made the MOT test stricter in March of this year.

Everything you could possibly want and need from an independent dealership. The car I bought from the Ivybridge Trade Centre has been perfect - absolutely no issues or faults. Its presentation was flawless as it had not only been valeted to an extremely high standard, but it was sold with a fresh MOT as well. Definitely worth the price. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to walk me through the whole process, as well as taking the time to explain their free one month warranty and the work that had been recently carried out on the car. I was also offered a very fair trade-in price for my old car, which they also facilitated without any problems. On a personal level, the staff are very welcoming. They were happy to discuss more esoteric topics, and shared with me their historical knowledge of the town in which they are based. It was greatly fascinating, and the experience as a whole was a pleasure! I would hugely recommend them to anyone. Fair prices and an enormous selection to suit any motorist. They're guaranteed to have something you want!

Just purchased a trade car from this dealer. It was only a cheap sold as seen trade in but the sales men here treat you as if you are buying a new car. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. No sales pressure. Car fully valeted before I collected it. Overall extremely happy, recommended if you need a cheap car.
