I bought a 2005 Mercedes C-class from these boys and have driven month later to Germany and back (2500 miles) with no problems. They were very helpful and they gave me great car for excellent price. Will go there again.
Never again! Took 3 weeks to get the van off them. Few days after finally got it the turbo started squeeling and 3rd gear was crunching. They eventually replaced the turbo and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the gears....after some investigation by myself I found they had put a plastic bag on the gear linkage to take up the slack. Also found white tape over where the paint had chipped of (which started peeling off in the rain). Now a couple months down the line it's struggling to turn over...fuel problem. Things I was also Unaware of(my bad probably).... Aerial was missing. Rear door catch missing. When they say they'll clean it, they mean they'll open the doors and give it an airing!

I recently bought an Audi TT from the guys here, the service was superb, they sorted out any little mechanical faults that were needed, car drives brilliant and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend Richard and the guys here
I brought a VW polo from ivybridge trade centre and have had nothing but problems- now it is dead. On the first drive back I found the central locking wasn't working. Meaning I couldn't even get into the vehicle and the key got stuck In the locking barrel! After ringing them up they weren't helpful at all. Then a couple of days later the battery went. Took it to my garage for service and was told it was burning oil and engine misfiring something they would have known! After having the spark plugs replaced and cleaned twice the car has now been deemed too dangerous to drive as it could cut out mid drive. Really shoddy unprofessional trade centre, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Even if they did put about 5 stickers on the car advertising it!

Purchased a car which had 12 months mot put on it as part of sale , which was done by one their local garages , Then i had it checked over by my local garage to find out 3 tyres was bold the steering rack was leaking fluid 2 holes in the chassis and a big oil leak I would most definitely not recommend this car sales to anyone !

Hi Sorry to hear that you are not happy. We subcontract the MOT's, they are not done in house. The Fluid leaks were very minor and were advisories on the MOT. The safety check done also said that the tyres were on 3.5mm when the car left us, but you have now done 2,000 miles which is why tyres may now be low. However, as we have said if you can bring the car back we will be happy to look at the faults you mention and repair under warranty.
I thought ivybridge trade centre was perfect. The service was impeccable and they made sure they did everything they could to help me out and find what I was lookin for. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a car and will definitely use them again in the future. 10/10
