Great to see that there are some independant motor traders still around that off a real personal service. Our purchase was seamless from start to finish, we would recommend these guys for a open and honest transaction and we've experienced the other end of the scale with other traders.

After being on a very tight budget and looking around at 100's of vans for weeks on end, one was found locally at JM Motors who we never knew existed and it appeared to be perfect for out needs! Called them and was told a viewing and a test drive cannot be done until April 12th, which is today so called and no answer and the same to previous emails sent..... they sold the van rather than waiting and no assistance received whatsoever. I find this frustrating considering this was to be the first van for the business and help was needed to make sure this van was perfect for us but due to no assistance and no response at all, I guess the sale of the van was more important even though it was one of the cheapest vans they had and they could not just wait. Will never be using this service now or again in the future, thank you for supporting a small local business that now has to go back to searching again.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount. We explained to the gentleman that we at JM Motors ltd was following strict covid 19 government guidelines and that his request for a test drive could not have been accommodated until the 12th April when government restrictions was eased, we explained that vehicles on our website was available to purchase via click and collect and click and deliver only ,subsequently the vehicle he showed interest in was purchased by another business via click and deliver, the vehicle was successfully delivered to its new owner with a safe handover. Great experience with John at JM Motors, purchased a 2015 fiesta, really lovely car! The best thing about it for a 5 year old car it came with no marks or scuffs. I would highly recommend John, fast efficient service, easy to contact and great value for money!

I bought a VW Tiguan from John which I discovered a knocking noise on shortly after I purchased it. John was totally professional with getting it sorted out for me as quickly as he could. I would recommend John and would happily purchase another car from him.
I purchased a Citroen C4 from JM Motors in May. The service was average and the car could have been in better condition. The car developed issues not long after purchase that the warranty didn't cover so I had to pay out and I also had to pay for the diagnostics to be done. Overall I am disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.
