For over 15 years we have been taking our cars for servicing/repairs and m.o.t's we now have 4 family cars going there which i think speaks volumes. Throughout this time we feel we can totally trust them to maintain our cars. They have helped us out many times when we have had issues with our cars and always have done their best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Their friendliness and reasonable pricing ensures we will be customers for many years to come and we would not hesitate to recommend them .

Found just the right car, at a very reasonable price. John was very honest about the car and what they would do about warranties etc. I subsequently had to nip the car back for an issue and was given a loan car for the day it took to sort mine out, was handed back my car with great politeness by Nigel, who had worked like a Trojan to get it done in a day. I am very impressed with everything so far at John Griffiths Cars.

very disappointed with John Griffiths they give you a low quote then up the final price. when i complained the person said he would give me a special deal next time or more to say i over charged this time but i will make it right next time i will not use this place again i only use fair company's very poor.

I’m very sorry to read about your issue. I’ve checked with my staff and there was a misunderstanding with pricing. We quoted you over the phone a ‘Fixed Price Service’ of £99.95 not realising the car was still under Manufacturer’s Warranty. When the car came in we carried out a service in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Recommendation to keep the warranty valid, this included an air filter and specialist oil, the cost was £119.95. We didn’t ‘over price’ because you had extra parts, this is not our normal practise.
