Contact Jubilee Mobility at midday and was told to drive over and meet with a salesman at 1.00pm. Raced over there (30 miles) and when I arrived I was told the salesman due to meet me had gone out. I hung around for 30 mins looking at vehicles and then went back to reception expressing some annoyance and it was confirmed the salesman wasn’t back yet. To be fair the receptionist was very understanding and contacted someone else to come and show me around. When he appeared he seemed uninterested and almost appeared annoyed that I had dragged him away from his desk. He took me to the showroom and said the original salesman would be over shortly. After 15 minutes of further waiting I left and will go elsewhere.
