As a whole it was a trouble free experience. No issues with customer service, nor the transaction, nor the car itself. All was very pleasant.

Wasn't sure what to expect from J17 Cars, to be honest I wasn't really feeling the customer support that was promised. Ran out of fuel on the test drive and found a fault with the convertible roof while I was waiting for some fuel to arrive. But to there credit, all problems were addressed and sorted out. I wasn't happy about the log book going missing so I couldn't tax it for the trip home. All the way through the whole time I was dealing with these guys, one person stood out above all otheres, Leonie was great, she sorted out all the things that the others were supposed to sort, so a big thanks you to you.

I purchased a car from their Peterborough branch last September and despite clearly stating on the Sales contract that a second key would be provided they have failed to do so.We have had so many lies told to us,a new excuse every time we phone..avoid at all costs no car would be worth the extremely poor service and dreadful lies we have had,They even tried to get out of the contract by saying it was the salesmans car and not Junction 17's however the Sales Contract had Junction 17 at the top and both contact numbers.After several aggressive calls and no action will we be going down the legal route

Junction 17 cars - AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!  Sold me my car with a cracked turbo oil line! I was informed when it went in for its service at Litchfield motors on monday that im lucky it hadnt p*ssed all the oil out of this leak potentiality blowing the whole engine! The service and health check was booked over 2 weeks ago and monday 9th july was the earliest slot they had available as they are so busy! Whilst performing the health check they found the cracked pipe! I contacted junction 17 who told me to contact the warranty company, which i did and typically the warranty doesn't cover anything to do with the turbo ! I then contacted junction 17 and was told that there would be no gesture of good will towards covering the cost of the repair. So on a car that ive barely owned for 3 weeks and only covered 500 miles its having a major repair. They say the only thing i can do is take it back to them to look at, how can i do that with a car that isnt roadworthy and hasnt been roadworthy since the day I purchased it! So it looks like sadly im going to have to fork out my own pocket to get it repaired! Yes they have nice looking cars in their showroom but they dont look after you after the sale at all! Absolute con artists that sold me essentially a £50K time bomb !! Wish id read the reviews before i purchased from them.. AVOID AVOID AVOID its scary to think this could have lead to engine failure on the M1 journey home or anytime that ive been driving it.. they didnt sell me a car they sold me a serious accident waiting to happen !! Over £3000 out of pocket because of these con artists, trading standards have been informed !
