Great first-time experience with Junction 17! The whole process was perfect. I saw the Ford Mustang online and went to see it in person. When I saw the car, it was even better than in the photos, no hidden surprises or any faults that I wasn't aware of. The guys at the dealership were super helpful and put no pressure on the sale at all. They let me take the car for a test drive, and they have another 30-odd Mustangs at the dealership. They let me take my time looking around, but ultimately, I knew which car I wanted and went for it. When I went to pick it up, the car was immaculately clean. I couldn't be happier with the car and Junction 17 and would 100% go back in the future. Thank you, guys :)

I couldn't recommend Junction 17 enough. We bought my husband's car from the dealership last year, and he has had no problems with it. So, when I was looking for a new car for myself, it felt right to go back to Junction 17 since we knew they were a reliable dealership. I previously had a Smart car, but I didn't like the shape of the new ones, so I decided to go with a Mini Hatch. I am really enjoying the car, as this is the first Mini I've had, and I would highly recommend it. When my husband went to pick up the car for me, it had been cleaned and prepared for us. The only thing I can fault is that the service light hadn't turned off, even though the service had been done. However, we managed to get the car back into the dealership and everything was swiftly sorted. Although I hope I don't need a new car for a long time, I would 100% go back in the future, and so would my husband. I couldn't recommend the guys enough—really happy for a second time around!

I am loving my Ford Mustang from Junction 17. Although living within a 30-minute traveling distance, I had not been to Junction 17 previously. I saw the car on Autotrader and was impressed when I went to view it at the dealership. I couldn’t be happier with them. David was especially helpful and friendly, and I would definitely consider going back in the future.

Love my new Hyundai i30! It does have a few scratches, but the guys at Junction 17 have been really helpful and are booking me in to get these sorted. I would also like to give a mention to Charlie - he was really great and made the whole process really easy and not boring when doing the paperwork! I’m giving the guys a 4-star rating, just due to the scratches, but they are sorting this for me.

I have always had Range Rovers from sports to Evoques, this time I went for an evoque again, and i am happy with the car so far, I haven't had the chance to go out in it to much but have no problems currently. This was my first time going to Junction 17 and I am very happy with the service they provided, I would like to say a special thanks to Brad he was a great salesman and made the experience quick and simple.

There is an issue with the car but the guys have got me in super quick. They were really responsive. When I initially went down to see the car, they treated me well and even left the show room open for me later than usual.
