I purchased my next car and part exchanged my current car at J17. Brad was my contact on the day, and he was very professional throughout and he made the whole process painless. I never felt I was being pressured. I would recommend J17 to others. The available stock of cars is extensive and very well presented. A company that puts quality service high on it's list.

Initially, I was planning to use a different financing option, but Junction 17 managed to offer me a better deal, which was a fantastic bonus. Getting to test drive the Land Rover was a big part of my buying decision, and the sales team at Junction 17 arranged that without hesitation. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency with which they handled everything. We were only at the dealership a couple of hours and back on the road in our new car to make the long 5 hour journey home.

My Porsche is running well up to now, and I am extremely happy with my new car. I found everyone at Junction 17 Cars to be friendly, and they helped me with anything I needed. Overall, I was impressed with the service, and I don't have a bad word to say about any of the sales process.

After a couple of weeks of ownership, we're really happy with the Land Rover. I bought it for my wife, and so far, it's been great. It's still early days, but everything is functioning perfectly. The dealership provided good service and allowed us a test drive, which was crucial in making our decision. We were able to get a feel for the car before committing to the purchase.

The customer service at Junction 17 was absolutely flipping fantastic, and the salesman that looked after me was lovely also. My Mercedes has been perfect so far, and I've not noticed any problems with it.

Found a car with the spec I wanted and arranged a visit and test drive. Any issues with the car were sorted including an MOT and oil service, alloys were refurbed and a new tyre fitted on the day I collected the car that was spotted with an imperfection by the salesman before I arrived. No trouble at all and everything went really well. Car is running great. Just need the warranty details that haven't arrived yet so 4/5 for the overall rating.

Very pleasant experience, plenty of time to check out the car on my own without any pressure, and allowed a test drive in my own time. All aspects of my new car and my own covered and ended up with a better than expected trade in.

Junction 17 deserves 5 out of 5. I appreciated them addressing the minor scratches I pointed out on my Audi, and they ensured they would be sorted before I collected my vehicle. True to their word, this was sorted, and I'm chuffed to bits with my car it is brilliant and lovely to drive.

This was my first time using Junction 17. I was initially drawn to a specific vehicle I found online. After reading some of their reviews, I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did. From the first point of contact to the dealer to getting my Ford Focus, the sales executive was helpful and provided great service.
