Fantastic service from Junction 17, the salesperson I dealt with was brilliant. My BMW 4 series is a really good car and I genuinely felt Junction 17 was a good dealership to deal with. Ten out of five stars!

We were told at the point of sale that the vehicle had been serviced, yet despite repeated requests, the service history paperwork has never been provided. After driving the car for only around 500 miles, we began experiencing severe vibration when braking from speed, which hadn't been tested for a short while. Upon having the vehicle inspected, we discovered the front brake discs were warped. When we contacted Junction 17 Cars about the issue, rather than offering assistance or investigating the problem, we were told that we had caused the damage ourselves. This response was both frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering how little mileage had been covered since purchasing the vehicle. Based on the condition of the brakes and the lack of any supporting service documentation, we have serious doubts that the vehicle was serviced as claimed. We feel misled and are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the vehicle and the after-sales service. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. Any vehicles purchased from Junction 17 Cars needs to be fully checked prior to purchase and get the paperwork before you leave the premises, like us upon request the computer system was down!!

I was specifically looking for the Ford Mustang and the one at Junction 17 had everything I wanted with the right price and mileage. Only thing they could have done to make it to a 5 star is I would have liked to have been picked up from the station. But aside from that I would have no problem dealing with them again. I've had no issues with the car.

Everything has been alright with the car so far. There were a few issues with the bodywork of the car which Junction 17 got all sorted for me so it was good all round service really. I'll be keeping this car for a few years but when I look to upgrade I would consider Junction 17.

Really good service very patient and was happy to answer any questions i had. Really helpful positive experience and would definitely use again to look for a new car very quick and wasn't stressful at all and the part exchange was quick aswell

I was specifically looking for the Kia Stinger and I liked how the one at Junction 17 looked, it was the right colour and everything. It was all round good service and I'd recommend them to others.

I'd recommend Junction 17 as when I had an issue with the sensors Junction 17 took it back and done it all for me. They have been as good as gold, really helpful, I can't complain.

During the deal Toby was good, had no issues. I am just still waiting for my V5 to come through which I have emailed them about. Aside from that the information and buying process was and they had the answers to all my questions.

I would provide a rating of 3. Organisation and communication could have been better during the sale process. Whilst I clearly had someone very new to the sales team who did get support, the lack of an update despite promises was disappointing. But overall happy with the car I purchased
