My experience buying from Junction 17 was truly made better by David, I'm so pleased I got him as a salesman, it wasn't the usual salesy way of buying a car. It was very much like sitting down and chatting with a mate, he made everything very relaxed. I am so happy with my Golf, no issues at all to report. Very happy customer.

This is a nice garage, they are helping and don't put any pressure on you to buy, I had quite a enjoyable experience to be fair. I bought a Audi A7 from them and its smashing! My only gripe was that they were really busy so there was long waiting periods between stages of the purchase but that was out of there control and I just took some time looking at the other cars.

Generally very good. A regrettable attempt to persuade me to pay for preparation of the car which is the responsibility of Junction 17 prevents a top score.

I saw a car on a Sunday and didn’t think I’d get at call back on the Sunday after hours but I did receive a call and booked in an appointment for Monday with Jamie. Saw the car, worked out a deal for mine and took the car home with me. They cleaned it and prepped it in an hour. Honestly a quick and professional transaction.

Excellent service overall

Car was for my sister, she is quite happy with it as far as I am aware. She wanted the Tesla Model 3. The only let down we had was the wait time at the dealership, there was a delay for a few hours, but in all fairness it got sorted and there is no issues with the car.
