All good down at Junction 17. I was in a rush to get a car and they had a 1 Series that I liked online. I called them in the morning and they had it all cleaned & ready to go for me by the time I made the four hour drive to them and I drove away the same day. The only thing that would have made it a 5 star would have been to have AC in the dealership, but other than that everything was perfect!

My experience with Junction 17 was very nice and there was nothing to worry about. I did have one issue with the warranty, but it was sorted out straight away by the team, and a colleague helped me get everything resolved. Since then, everything has been fine. They have a really nice selection of cars, and I like the bigger cars they have in stock. Overall, I'm very happy with both the car and the service I received

Love it, im enjoying it very much so. They had a variety of cars and we went to have a look and I fell in love with the one we bought. Staff were lovely, really good. Tom was a good sales man. Really good customer service skills, all around happy with everything.

I found my Audi S3 on Auto Trader and I'm enjoying it. I was specifically looking for the Audi S3. The service at the dealership was good. The reason I didn't give five stars was because I had a couple of issues with the quality of the car compared with what I was expecting. That said, I also feel it was partly on me because I didn't check the car over properly before agreeing to its condition. Despite that, I'm happy with the car, and I'm enjoying driving it. I would recommend Junction 17 to others based on my overall experience.

Alesio was brilliant and the car hasn't had any issues. Could have been prepared better but otherwise perfect car buying experience.

What stood out to me about my experience with Junction 17 was the overall customer care I received. Phil was lovely! I don't see any reason not to go back to them again.

I knew what I wanted and went to Junction 17. I travelled a distance to see it, decided to have it, did the deal, and went the next week to pick it up and that was it. The one reason I wouldn't put them at a five is because the morning I went to collect the car it was still sitting in the showroom and people went and looked in it. It should have been locked up. However, I would recommend the dealership to others.

Experience was excellent. They were really good. Charlie in particular was extremely helpful. He dealt with me through the whole process, even helping me with car insurance. I was looking for the car I bought up and down the country and we spotted one at Junction 17. Couple of days, done and dusted. Everybody was so pleasant and helpful. The place itself was immaculate and the vehicles that they had were lovely and we were delighted certainly with the one we bought

The Kia Sportage has been good, and the experience buying it was also good. If they had a car I was looking for in the future, I'd most likely go back to them and would recommend them to others who are looking for a car.

I'm enjoying the BMW M5, it's getting on very well. When I came to view the car, there were a few dings and knocks that I requested a quote for to fix prior to me buying it. There was a bit of oil in the boot and a slight leakage when I came to view the car, I think it was left over when the car was being cleaned before I came to view it. There was a bit of an issue with getting the car taxed as the previous owner was disabled. Someone from Junction 17 had to come down to the post office with me to get the paperwork sorted. It was a long-winded process as I was looking to transfer my private plate onto the car right away. I paid to have the MOT done early prior to buying the car, it came back as failed due to a cracked alloy wheel as well as the tyres. Junction 17 were great in getting the issues resolved for me before I got the car, with me only paying for the MOT. I also managed to get a bit more of the history regarding the car from a mechanic who gave me the receipts for the work done on it.
