My first experience purchasing from Junction 17 has been fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel completely at ease and well taken care of. I purchased a Range Rover, and it has been nothing short of perfection. The car is everything I hoped for; comfortable, smooth on the road, and an absolute joy to drive. It’s clear that Junction 17 takes great pride in offering high-quality vehicles and outstanding customer service. I’m thrilled with my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. A big thank you to the team at Junction 17 for making this such a positive and stress-free experience.

From the moment I entered the store, I was amazed by the stock of cars available and the professionalism of all the staff. Alesio was the salesman who greeted me and showed me around the car I was interested in. He handed me the keys and let me take my time having a look around. Didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured into anything. After a while, having a look and feel of the car, we sat down at his desk, and Alesio gave me all the relevant information I needed. I ended up making the purchase, and my experience with Junction 17 cars was top-notch. Thank you so much, Alesio, for assisting me with the purchase of my first sports car. Ok, so, I originally saw a car that ticked all the boxes for me, spoke to Ian at Junction 17 due to it being a deal including finance and me trading in my car that was on finance. All was good on that front, so I was happy! Then, I started to read reviews on Junction 17! I soon was on the back foot and ready to pull out of the deal, I thought I'd go anyway and see the car and experience it for myself. On arrival I was given the keys to the car to look over, I took my own torch & car diagnostic tool, when I plugged the car it came up with a mountain of faults! Again, I was ready to pull out the deal, I did however know that the car in question (Range Rover SVR) are prone to throw codes if battery has been low. Ian explained to me that they don't touch the cars electronically except for look over them when they come in, as in they don't clear codes. Due to this I decided to clear the codes myself, and take the car for a good long test drive that I was allowed to do on my own. As it turned out, when I got back from my 30 minute test drive all the codes hadn't returned so it was just a glitch with the battery. Ian was super helpful throughout, I was also served on by Matt who was knowledgeable on the cars in the showroom that I had a good look around. From what I took from buying from these is, they have a lot of stock, some top end and some day to day cars. Due to this I can see how some cars fall through the net of coming out the other end not 100%, sadly law of averages as they definitely sell a lot of stock. I'm happy with my purchase, definitely glad I did my due diligence with the sale for peace of mind. Drove the car back to Newcastle and been a pleasure ever since.

The customer service was excellent, I felt they answered all my questions without hesitation. Ben was spot on, I thought he was very accommodating and made the whole process really easy. I’m getting on really well with my Audi A5—it’s been fantastic, and I’m absolutely loving the car! Having owned an Audi before, I knew what to expect.

I did experience some emission-related problems, but I’m happy with how the workshop is handling the situation because it's all being looked into. The customer service has been absolutely great. This isn’t my first car from this dealership, and one of the things I appreciate most is that they aren’t pushy during the sales process. Overall, I’m happy to give them 4 stars for another positive experience!

I wouldn't change anything about my first time visit to Junction 17 Cars! The customer service was really good and it was great to be able to test drive the car before going ahead with it.

My BMW 4 Series has been fantastic—I'm absolutely loving it! It’s a real beast and perfect for getting me to and from work every day. After giving it a good wash to check the bodywork, I’m happy to say everything is in great condition. I travelled all the way from Portsmouth, which was about a 3-hour trip, and everything went smoothly when I arrived. I took it out for a test drive and had a play around with the features. I had done my research beforehand, and everything matched up perfectly with what I already knew. A brilliant experience overall!

So far everything with my Volkswagen Golf is going really well. The only issue I've had is a side light that went out but otherwise it's been a great car. As for the customer service it was a lovely and smooth process.
