I enquired about a Mercedes A class, I had a prompt response from Leonie who reserved the car for me and took it off the website. After making my appointment Charlie contacted me having looked into my travel (3 hours away) and arranged for the car to be taken to Grantham which was a little closer to me. I then had the appointment with Jamie who was laid back and not pushy like other sales people, he had the car ready for me on the same day and took in my part ex.
