as far as the car was concerned it is great. Was clean and in good Shape. Price was right and hasn't had issues. I'm chuffed with it!

Would be happy to use them again as they have a good range of cars and sizeable dealer set up.

Good Service apart from the day I came to pick up the car was left for 40 minutes before I was seen, However I understand there were other customers being seen. There were other people in the office but they were drinking tea, again they may not have been part of the sales team. A hundred pound deposit that I placed to secure the car should have been returned to myself after full payment of the car, however this took 5 phone calls and nearly 2 weeks for its return. Was told it would take 3 to 5 working days yet on the last phone call I was told it is being processed now and was in my account in 4 hours. I asked for my personal plate to be placed on my new car but I was told they did not do that, they only place in on retention. This is the first garage to not deliver my car with my plate on. Still waiting for the log book so that I can do this, however it was assumed that all paperwork had been given to me, yet I was told that they send it off. I now have concerns that my plate has not been placed on retention, I will find out when I receive my log book. Overall good service and pleased with my car even with a broken clip for the roof which you have to fiddle with to get it to stay in place. I would recommend buying a car from them and will be returning to buy my next car.

Got my new Car from Junction 17 Cars a couple of months back. I came across them on Autotrader. The service at the dealership was good and after owning the car for a little while its had no faults!
