I URGE potential customers to stay well clear of Junction 17. I speak from personal experience and experienced many months of financial loss and impossible dealings with them. There is absolutely no after sales support and the people are liars. I was lied to that I wasn't making my car payments, because the sales manager took things personal after I suffered problem after problem with my car purchased from them. They tell you all there cars go through a thorough inspection and the report has everything ticked as excellent, which is not the case AT ALL. 1 week after buying my car the wiper blades rubber peeled off, car has coolant leak, break fluid not topped up for years, as advised by a independent technical specialist. They used tricks in their advertising of cars on their webisite. Car I purchased was advertised as an outstanding service history, but it was written in the context of outstanding to mean brilliant service history- not written in a negative way to mean the service history was outstanding as in poor service history. I'm warning all customers...please stay well clear of these people. Very dishonest and cars that are not checked properly and completely unreliable. Had to trade my car in for another as they try bend the rules when you throw the consumer rights act at them. Ended up losing out in over £2500. Stay away!!!

I would very much like to hear from you regarding the content of your review.
Junction 17 cars work very closely with Trading Standards and our own standards are led by Trading Standards and by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
Before a vehicle is sold it is put through a pre delivery check, an independent MOT and a delivery check list with the customer to make sure they understand exactly what they are purchasing in relevance to the age, history, miles, warranty etc., which is then signed by the customer.
We do have after sales support, we contact our customers a few weeks after they have purchased their car to make sure they are happy with it and the service from Junction 17.
I lead the Customer Care department which was initiated by the Managing Director as customer care is very important to him. On our website the contact details are clearly shown.
Junction 17 are not in the habit of lying and really do not like the statement made in your review.
How advertisements are written is descriptive of the vehicle and its history. How this is comprehended is up to the individual but would obviously be checked by themselves during the viewing, with any misconceptions brought up then and clarified.
We have many very satisfied and happy customers and many returning customers whom have brought cars from us in the past.

To anybody whom wants to buy a sports car at the right price, in a lovely showroom with great staff - go to junction 17 cars. I was absolutely spoilt for choice. A recently single gal like me wanting to treat myself with my divorce settlement. Bentley? Aston Martin? 911? The choice was mine... It wasn't actually a Bentley or a DB9 or a 911 but a chic and fabulous Audi R8. I was wowed by junction 17s selection and Philip was extraordinary with his knowledge. I spent nearly 5 hours there exploring my options and getting what I thought was a fab deal! I really enjoyed my whole experience and would recommend anyone. Thanks to the whole team and I cannot wait to start posing in my new car!!

Just picked up my amazing Maserati Ghibli I am a very happy man!!! The reason I chose junction 17 rather than any other dealership was not only the fact they were cheaper than anywhere else they offered part exchange and finance. They beat my part ex price I had elsewhere and I got a really flexible finance package with Motonovo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the car was ready in time all sparkly and waiting in their lovely showroom for me. I am over joyed and cannot thank junction 17 enough. Would 100% recommend

I recently purchased my Porsche Boxster from junction 17 cars and found it to be an amazing experience. They were very helpful and showed me a wide range of convertibles I anitialy wanted a BMW Z4 but when I saw what I could get for my money I was amazed good job lads keep it up!! Very poor service and once they have your money its unlucky if one have any issuses...even within a day or so. I

I did discuss this with our team, who were a little surprised, after negotiating a very good part exchange deal for you. I believe you did feel that a tyre was not as you would have liked, although well within the MOT test and legal requirements. We did offer a goodwill gesture towards your next purchased tyre which you refused.

Keep clear at all costs!! Car not as described then had problems and what a surprise no reply to emails.
Avoid !!!!!!! I paid full wack for a duff car and the worst customer services in the world. Would never trust these again. Still trying to resolve and will need to go to court to reclaim my money and to reject the car as they continue to ignore me.

This is a review with no name, apparently verified - how can we verify this as we do not know the customer's name or vehicle?
It is extremely difficult to reply to a customer without knowing to whom we are addressing and the reasoning behind their words.
As Customer Relations Manager I answer all emails, whatever their content and find it rather slanderous that unnamed persons may write what they like about Junction 17.
I would suggest that they email me directly, customercare@junction17cars.co.uk to which I shall reply.

Reading the response on most of the reviews from Kate and the rest of the Junction 17 mob, its quite obvious that the vast amount of negative reviews are true, validated even further so by the very defensive responses from the Dealer themselves! What a joke. Heres some advice, treat customers right regardless of how much they spend and provide proper aftercare instead of running with your money to the bank. A business relies on repeat good business, not multiple accounts of sporadic bad business and word soon spreads of your bad practice.

After looking for a nice Lotus exige for a long time, we visited Junction 17 on a Sunday. Luke, the salesman, was on hand to answer all my awkward questions and gave me plenty of time to inspect the car and paperwork. The car was really nice, and after we had a road test and did a good deal with the price, we bought it. Luke really helped by not pressurising us at any point, and dealt with us in a very professional manner. It was a fabulous buying experience, the car was well presented and the showroom immaculate and full of nice cars.

I called Phil regarding a BMW M3 they had for sale and was very happy with the description over the phone so decided to go and view it. It was as described bar a few other minor details but they were honest when they were mentioned, we agreed a deal and when I returned the next weekend to collect it everything had been done and the car re-cleaned ready for collection. Everybody I delt with was friendly and helpful so more than happy to recommend this company. Thanks guys & girls, keep up the good work.

Very good service and car in pristine condition when collected. Easy paperwork handover and in all a very smooth process. Luke and the team were great.
Just waiting for the locking wheel nut and Sat Nav disc but they are on there way.
