Everything is absolutely spot on, it is my third car that I have bought from Karl Smith so I am used to the runnings of things. Every visit I have made has been really simple and straight forwards, just a dead easy buying process. I'd happily pass on my recommendations, the team are always so helpful!

I found it to be very simple and streamline when buying my Kia. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and every question I had was answered. I was allowed to take it for a little test drive which was nice, and it drove beautifully. I have already told a few good friends of mine to have a visit as well.

In the coming months/years I would happily return to Karl Smith Car Sales to part exchange and get an upgraded one from them, they were absolutely fantastic and my Merc is running like a dream. It is running as sound as a pound no issues whatsoever. The whole team were great, thank you all!

Since driving away with my Peugeot I have had two follow up calls now, one from the warranty company, and one from aftersales, which I think is highly impressive! I am being very well looked after, I couldn't ask for much more really! My Peugeot is far more economical than the Land Rover Defender we used to have, so my wallet is feeling a bit heavier than I am used too! We have done long distance, short distance, the whole lot and it has been as sound as a nut. It was a very good experience of high satisfactory, and one that I would recommend to others!

Everything seems to be superb with my Mazda, me and my wife absolutely love it, it did seem to have a flat tyre the other day but I have pumped it up and its been fine ever since. The service was very good as well, Jeremy was a really nice gent, there was no pressure or stress whatsoever. I would happily go again, it was a lovely day out.

I am very very pleased with my Citigo that I recently bought from Karl Smith Car Sales. Since buying the car I haven't had to fill up fuel once! I'm convinced its secretly electric as it just doesn't go down!! We recently purchased a Mercedes estate which, when viewed was actually better than the description with the photograph on the internet. Justine provided us with excellent service and we were able to take possession on the day of viewing which was most welcome as we had travelled a considerable distance. We are very pleased with the car and would recommend this business very highly.

My Zafira is doing exactly what it is supposed to and is brilliant on the roads when I'm driving it, I am really pleased with it. It is much bigger than our last car, we now have enough room for me, nanny, and our three grand daughters to go on journeys together, instead of nanny waiting at home! The process of buying the car was completely painless and stress free, so I cannot complain one bit. I highly recommend and will definitely be recommending to my friends who are after a new motor!
