Since getting my Mercedes Vito, it's been spot on and the perfect van. The bloke that looked after me while I was at the dealership was brilliant, I can't fault him.

4 stars only because I spent a lot of money on the car, and I needed to pay £20 to sort a puncture out. Since then, though the car has been absolutely fine. The salespeople at Karl Smith Car Sales are really nice, and they were able to sort the car out on the same day.

Young lad was very helpful and got me warranty cover.

Recently I've noticed that my brakes have started to squeak but I've got bumper to bumper warranty anyway for the next year. Otherwise everything else with my Peugeot 2008 is going fine.

5 without a doubt, no issues on vehicle, absolutely fantastic customer service since I was a first time buyer, very stream lines process all the way from payment to receiving the vehicle. I thought the price of the vehicle was great, if not the best I could find of that vehicle since I knew what I was after I'd seen a lot of listing all around the country for the same vehicle that were much more expensive in worse condition and more miles, great experience with you all round.

Really friendly, helpful staff, very obliging with organising additional work recommended by RAC based on their check of the car. I'm very pleased with the car, it seems to be running well and that it was very helpful to have the offer of delivery of the vehicle to Liverpool and part exchange of my old car. Excellent service all round.

Jaguar XF has been all good since getting it from Karl Smith Car Sales. I did have a light come on today that said Insufficient functionality, but at the moment it hasn't affected the car.

I've been to Karl Smith Car Sales in the past, so this wasn't my first time getting a car from here. I've used my Fiat Tipo a lot since getting it and I'm pleased with it as it's had no problems. There was a young man that looked after me on the day and he was great, brilliant to deal with.

Tom was the salesman that looked after me and he was brilliant. I drove away in the Smart Forfour and it's been fabulous.
