The service was fantastic I was so impressed. The staff were very efficient, responsive, just on the ball. I'm really pleased with the vehicle and I'm happy with my experience.

They couldn't have been any more helpful, quick and they went through all the paperwork in detail and explained everything, We were just looking for vans on Autotrader and decided to give Karl Smith Car Sales a visit because the price was very reasonable. My son will be looking for a van soon so I'm sure we'll be back!

I’m really happy with my Vauxhall. I'm getting on well with it. The team was helpful, answered all my questions, and did everything needed to the car before I went ahead. I haven't purcahsed a car from Karl Smith Car Sales before but it was a great experience.

This was my first time visiting this dealership and everything went great! I can't remember the name of the lady that I spoke to but she was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing I need to phone up about is the AC as it seems to be blowing hot air but I've got warranty, so hopefully it's able to get sorted.

Tom at Karl Smith Car Sales was spot on to deal with, I had no problem with how he handled the sale. As for the vehicle, I'm quite happy with it and so far I've not had any issues but if I did, I'd be getting in touch.

Everything else about my Dacia is great, but I did have to shell out over £100 for a parcel shelf as the car didn’t come with one. The service was otherwise excellent, Kelly was brilliant, and Jeremy is what I call my go to car guru. I’ve bought cars from here before and he is great. I would recommend Karl Smith Car Sales to anyone.
