I'm so delighted with my C3! I really put a lot of trust in the salesman at the time because I didn't get the chance to test drive the car but I'm glad I took his word as it runs amazing! I would 100% recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Steve was great from start to finish, we got a really good deal on our Mazda. Me and the wife love it, the only point I would like to mention would be that there was only 1 key and this wasn't mentioned until we picked the car up, not that It would of put us off the car but it would of been nice to know.

The wife was in the market for a new car as her old one was just getting on a bit, so we had a look online and that's when we saw the Clio advertised here at Karl Smith's dealership. After viewing the car and turning it over in the showroom, she was more than happy to go ahead with it and she has been loving it ever since. After buying the car we took it to her uncles to give it a once over and other than missing a bolt for the radio there wasn't anything wrong with it. Unfortunately, I don't give top marks but she drives it every day and she loves it.

First time visiting this dealership and I have to say that it was great from the very start. It was Justine who looked after us and helped to talk us through the whole sales process, she was so lovely to deal with and we are so grateful for that. Delivery was delayed on the day because there were some issues with the car but they were all sorted and it wasn't too much trouble.

It was hard to let go of my Ford Fiesta after having it for 5-6 years, but it was time to let it go and get another car. I went for a Ford Ka as I use the car for smaller trips, so I didn’t need a big car. I'm slowly getting to grips with the car now but I don't think it will ever be as good as my Ford. I have used this dealership a couple of times so I know they sell good quality cars.

Other than me not being able to find the bonnet release catch, the car has been great. It's really good on fuel, it’s comfy to drive and I don't have any issues to be honest. The only reason for not giving 5* is because there is always room for improvement.

I like to change my car every now and again, this is why I'm a 3rd time customer to this dealership. When trading my current car in for a new one, the team make the process very quick and simple from start to finish and they give good rates. When buying any second hand car they come with their issues, it's only natural but mechanically speaking the car runs great and I don't have any issues with it. I will continue to use this dealership for the service they provide and the ease of getting a new car.

We already know it is just going to be 5 stars, of course. The Corsa is perfect for what I need it for. I am very much enjoying being behind the wheel in my new car! I can see that this dealership is genuine and super trustworthy and just all round so good at what they do.
