As with any cars things can go wrong. I understood that when buying a new car. The process was slightly different but it ended up being a lot simpler, if you’re serious about buying a car then Kent Motoring World is a great place to buy. They were one of the cheapest on autotrader and I’m very happy with my new car.
try not to part with any of your hard earned cash to these people. Sell you faulty cars and warrantys that they know are useless. No my mistake .. I bought the car they didn't 'sell' it to me. Aftercare service shocking. Salesman attitudes shocking. Please do not buy anything from these.

Brought a car from these people which was broken! They fixed the problem then refuse to give me any paper work for my car ! They are rude and I wouldn't waste your money. We have been told by various dealerships this company is bad !!
I found the staff at Kent Motoring World to be pleasant and helpful and it made the purchase of the car an easy matter. When I emailed both prior and after purchase I was pleased to receive a prompt and courteous reply with my query being dealt with satisfactorily. I would use this dealer again subject of course to them having a car I wanted to purchase. FR.

I travelled all the way from Southend on sea to Kent Motoring World to view Honda Civic Auto. The dealer is arrogant and dismissive. He insisted to raise an invoice and give my bank card details before I test drive the car. He pressurised me to buy the car following the test drive. There is misleading info about the car on autotrader, where they claim 12 months MOT, as against the actual 9 months MOT remaining. The interior of the car was worn out which was described as excellent in the advert. Clearly, Kent Motoring World dealers are very unprofessional and need some training in customer service. Best to avoid them at all costs. I would give them less than one star, if there was one.
