I purchased a 3 series BMW in August 2015, and what a pile of crap it has turned out to be. I have reported them to Kent Trading Standards as I feel any other reviewers should do too. Like the other reviews I have found them to be most unhelpful when I reported my problems to them, the BMW has now cost me an additional £700 to make drive able however my local garage AAK in Whitstable had to remove the wires to the blower as they considered it a fire risk at any time. Stay well away from Kent Motoring World, I believe that they are dangerous in their dealings.

*** PURCHASED BMW 3 SERIES 25/04/2015*** I have had the same problem, I purchased a BMW 3 series, the problems occurred the same day and got worse the next day, I contacted them and their excuse was the car is sold as seen, no warranty, and used the terms as spares or repairs, due to the mileage and age of the vehicle. their response was the same well it passed an MOT!! I have however they are powered by auto trader as a reliable and reputable car dealer!! They now have a complaint from me as they are in breach of their contract terms with auto trader for fully advertising a fully working vehicle with 3 month warranty and now I have a broken car and i'm £1000 out of pocket and i have now had to hire a car for my holiday. My son is blind and has extra medical needs and I did explain this to them when i requested a refund as i need a car on a daily basis to get him to and from hospital and other appointments!! They were not helpful, I was dealing with Henry Spinks, I am now in the process of court action!! 1 other thing, they also get these cars from part exchanges for newer ones through the BIG MOTORING WORLD, the other guys that works there his dad is a manager for the big motoring world so you can see where this lies!! Who is actually responsible for the faulty cars? BIG motoring world for taking them on or KENT motoring world for selling them on??? Be happy to hear more stories.

AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!! I am sharing my horrible experience with this dealer, so that those who read this will not endure the agony again. I purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid on 13/02/2015 from Kent Motoring World. The pain started very quickly. The car broke down on the next day while I was driving normally at 20mph. I then tried to take off the key and restart the engine. The engine could then be restarted, but the gear box locked itself to “P” position, with the orange engine warning light still on. Police came as a result and told me it was dangerous as it suddenly broke down while I was driving. This very unpleasant experience made me stuck for the whole afternoon. The car is now still faulty (with orange engine warning light on). What's even worse is the dealer's lack of responsiblity and horrible attidudes. They refuse to take ANY responsiblity, claiming the vehicle has passed the MOT when they sold it to me, and it was fine when I inspected the vehicle. But I am not a mechanic and can only inspect obvious and visible faults. They refused to refund, repair or replace it. I am now seeking legal actions against this dealer. If I could give them a lower review, I would!
