Golf in for the third time to resolve a parking sensor issue. Informed that they have damaged the bumper. Expected the car back at 5pm but received a phone call at 5 telling me their diagnostic system has failed and the car is not ready. After more phone calls, now advised that I will receive a call from a manager early tomorrow. Given their poor communication in the past, I'll be surprised if this happens. Dealer has no courtesy cars so am left to my own devices for transport.

VW service are total cowboys. My 69 reg car was broken down and towed to VW Leicester. After numerous calls they have failed to even return a call back to me. Its aparent they are totally unprofessional and would not recomment them. I wrote this in March 2023!!

Bought a car 2 months ago from them and it’s already been back to them several times now with the same problems. Severe lack of communication from them and a couldn’t care less attitude also. Constantly being passed to different departments and other people with poor excuses and the problems are still not fixed. messages and emails now being ignored . Wish I’d never bought from them.

Vehicle went for a service, customer service absolutely shocking, was blatantly lied to, would never use again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone !!! Please avoid this Parkway VW Leicester !!!

Came here with the view off buying a new car. All the staff far to busy to talk to me. Bought a new car from Audi Leicester instead, couldn't of been more helpful even though they were really busy.

Awful experience with the sales team at VW Parkway Leicester. General Sales Manager equally not bothered about poor practice of his department either and told me the MD would probably agree with him too - purporting to be a family business who cares!! Used the Motor Ombudsmen Service and Trading Standards to now investigate my concerns. Detailed review left on Trust Pilot - avoid this dealership and go elsewhere.

Horrendous treatment. Used official Volkswagen parts for peace of mind only for the manager to look for any reason to not fulfill the warranty on the parts. He requested proof of purchase, I sourced it, he then looks for another way to fob me off. Everything he asked for I gave, and he was just intent on not fulfilling the warranty. I went with Volkswagen for the reputation, This experience left me feeling ripped off.

My wife made an appointment for today to discuss purchasing a new Polo. Our appointment was made by Henry for 2.30pm, we arrived early and Henry met us and showed us a around a model we were interested in however we were .then left waiting for over 50 minutes past the agreed appointment time before we both walked out in disgust and our deposit still in our bank.
