I purchased my 12 month old Audi A1 from jardinie motors at Liverpool Audi. The initial sale went well and I was happy with the deal we had made. There were some scratches on the car, but the sales executives guaranteed me these would be sorted before I collected the car, which was reassuring. I had asked doe a spare wheel due to inflation kits not being successful in the past. On collection day I arrived and the sales executive was off I’ll, so his colleague and manager dealt with me. On inspection of the car, you could easily see the scratches still visible as if they hadn’t been touched, when I questioned this, Gareth said he was sorry and to be honest the smart repair guy they use is rubbish, so he said he would book it in at Audi nearer to my home. There was no spare wheel as promised and the manager apologised and said it had been oredered and they would get it to me ASAP. It came to light that figures were wrong and Audi owed me just over £200 back on initial deal, 4 weeks on and a lot of chasing, I have still not had this refund. 4 weeks on and a lot of chasing, I received the spare wheel yesterday. After a lot of chasing I have the car booked in on the 17th sept to have the paintwork done as promised. For 4 weeks I have been battling to get this all sorted, which should of been done for collection, it has been horrendous and after the manager giving me his word and reassurance that this was all sorted and ordered, it actually was not and was confirmed by the Audi dealer who is carrying out the smart repair. The whole experience with Liverpool Audi has been horrific and the original sales executive, returned of the sick to then have to pick up the pieces and sort everything out, and I don’t blame him, as he was ill, I blame his colleagues and manager, who should have something in place for eventualities like staff sickness happening and having someone to step in, fully and deal with clients. Not once have I had any contact in the way of an apology from the manager, Mr Howard, over the poor service and communication (in-responded to emails) for the stress, hassle and lies I have been given during the last 4 weeks.

I visited Audi to have 3 minor issues dealt with on 23rd April 2021. to date 24th August I still haven't had the issues dealt with although they have been paid and have booked my car in on several occasions without actually having the parts! Today I took my car in having been told the final 2 minor parts were there. getting here I have been informed they have given 1 of the parts to someone else! so disappointing. baring in mind each time I have taken the car in they keep it for the day when each part requires maximum 10 minutes to fit. very poor service.

Don't use these people. I could write a long and tedious review of this place but it would ramble on so long you'd fall asleep, just accept from me and don't go anywhere near this place if you value good service and honesty!!

Audi Liverpool is nothing more than a gang of con people. You go in to have your car diagnosed and fare enough they charge you £60 for that but you can bet they will always say your car needs further testing at £150 an hour. And guess what, they always want at least four hours for there further searches. Its nothing more than ripping the people off. Typical car dealership. I would love to know the figures of how many cars that come in to there place and need further investigation, as a betting man i would say 95% of cars.

"Sold us a vehicle with a leaking roof"

Had our softtop TT for less than 6 months, during the heatwave. Then it came to rain season and we found there was actually a leak in the roof on the drivers side, which resulted in a damaged fuel pump module. Flagged this to Audi Derby who liaised with Audi Liverpool (different branches) and notified us that Liverpool WERE NOT WILLING to cover the repairs DESPITE selling us a vehicle in summer which clearly had a roof leak - unnoticeable until the weather changed. Clearly sold us a vehicle with a DODGY ROOF and after much discussion only paid HALF of the vehicle repairs. We had full warranty, but nowhere was it listed that the vehicle had a leaking roof. This isn't an issue that happens overnight - roof leaks are long-term issues that develop over long periods of time - which under no circumstances were a result of the bone-dry summer season we've just had!! Considering we bought the vehicle outright, with a 12 month guarantee, I was disgusted to find that Audi Liverpool were not covering the whole expenses. Absolutely appalling behaviour considering THEY sold US the damaged vehicle in the first place without telling us about the roof issues!! Derby Audi really showed fantastic standards and service in comparison, compared to Derby Liverpool. I'd absolutely recommend seeing how they treat their customers compared to how we were treated. Would NOT buy an Audi from here again.

Liverpool Audi were very friendly during the purchasing process, but registered the vehicle in the wrong name and refused to remedy, when all the DVLA wanted was a letter confirming their error, car had multiple faults which were remedied locally under warranty. Audi UK were also poor, accepting the dealers verbal assertions rather than a record in writing!! The car is fine now, other than the incorrect registered owner, there are better Audi dealers out there and more proactive manufacturers. I had considered an Audi Q5 replacement for myself, but not anymore.

We bought an audi a5 sportsback back in May. We questioned a tyre that looked like it was unroadworthy. We were told it was fine. On the drive home, we noticed a wobble at a certain speed. On my day off we took the car to a tyre service. Only to be told the tyre was not safe and the wheels were not aligned. £100 out of pocket. Got in touch with liverpool audi 3 weeks ago. Still no feedback.

Bought the car i wanted at a fair price. Dealt with Greg Carr who was very professional throughout. Car had a fault with the tyre pressure warning system which only became apparent after driving for 45 minutes or so. This was fixed very efficiently by a sister dealership nearer to my home. Recommend Liverpool Audi.

Purchased a used A7 from Jardine Wolverhampton as Audi Liverpool did not have an A7 for sale at the time. Cracks in Salesman's promises appeared from car handover - car was not mot'd / no indication of transmission service as pre-purchase agreement etc etc. Then you have Jardine Liverpool Service Department (I live in Liverpool) who simply do not carry out work under Warranty as they say they do. They blatantly lie to your face that the problem you brought the car in for, in my case the Start/Stop wasn't working, does not exist. The Start/Stop hasn't worked for months but Alas!! for the 3 hours they had the car it miraculously fixed itself....Only it didn't!!! as when I took the car home...guess what...it still doesn't work. Only thing for these crooks is to go above their empty heads and formally complain to Audi UK......which I am about to do.
