Happy with the car, the customer service was okay.

The best experience I have ever had! I am so pleased with both my car and the level of professionalism at LMC. I will definitely be returning in the future if i am looking for another car. From start to finish the staff were helpful, attentive and professional, I have already recommended to friends and my friend I was with on the day said she is going to come back for her next car. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Through the whole process of exchange of my old car and buying the new one I was updated in a timely manner and all my requests were dealt with and I received a good introduction in the new car.

My experience so far with LMC has been a positive one. I recently purchased a car for my daughter. I was helped and assisted by Ali Ahmed one of the sales guys. The aspect I particularly liked is that Ali did not push me in anyway. I originally viewed the vehicle on the Saturday and went for a small test drive. I had other vehicles to look at that day by none were sufficient so I went back the following day. Ali talked me through all the figures and made sure I was getting the right deal. I purchased the car and collected the following Thursday. Upon driving it home a warning light come up on the dash board indicating there was a system error with the vehicle. As you can imagine I was highly disappointed. I rung Ali the next day and he assured me the vehicle would be fixed with obviously no charge to myself which was very reassuring. The vehicle went in for repair two weeks later and was fixed. The only dissatisfaction l would say is there was not enough communications from the workshop regarding updates. Incorrect parts were sent which was frustrating so meant the vehicle would be off-road a little longer. Eventually it was repaired and we were able to collect. Overall I have had a positive experience and Ali really made sure I was looked after. Would definitely purchase from LMC in the future.

Honestly, some of the best 5-star customer service I have received. I dealt with Mo from start to finish and he was nothing but helpful, a really great guy. The whole process was quick and anything I needed was sorted. Very accommodating, and I couldn’t have asked for a simpler or more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. I also absolutely love my car. I use it every day for work, travelling 84 miles, so I have already really put the car to the test and there have been no issues at all.

Really pleased with my choice of dealership and car. I use it daily for work, so it was really important that I went somewhere reliable. I definitely made the right choice with LMC. The person I dealt with made the whole process super easy, explained everything clearly, and was very knowledgeable. I went to view the car mid-week and picked it up on the Saturday. There was no messing around or delays. As I said, it was an easy, straightforward process, and I didn’t have any doubts in my mind. Would highly recommend.

Mo was absolutely brilliant. I would go as far as to say it was perfect customer service. He was incredibly helpful without being at all pushy. He was so fantastic that after we left, I recommended him to a friend who went on to buy her car from him and LMC a few days later. I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could. He is a great asset to the team!
