I am happy with the car and was pleased with the service initially. However, I do feel disappointed about a few things. When I was buying the car, there were two keys on the desk in front of me. But when I came to pick up the car, I was only given one. When I asked about this, I was told it only came with one key and the two on the desk were for another car. I feel like I was misled as I wasn’t clearly informed that the car would come with just one key, which I believe should have been communicated. Additionally, I asked for another key and a parcel shelf, which I didn’t realize was missing until after I took the car home. I was told that I should have discussed this before buying and that there was nothing they could do now. I feel very disappointed with this because I part-exchanged my car with two keys and a parcel shelf and believe I should have received the same back. When I asked how much another key would cost, I was told it would be between £150 and £200. Had I known about these things earlier, I would have asked for them to be sorted before purchase, but I was never informed. There was also a crack on the wing mirror. I was told a new one would be ordered for me, but I have yet to hear back, so I am still waiting for this to be resolved. It’s a shame because this could have been a positive experience. Better communication and being informed about these things beforehand would have made a big difference. This has really dimmed my experience, and I would just like these issues to be sorted.

I can't remember who I dealt with but the salesman was ok, I would have expected the car to be clean but it had bird muck all over it when it came out. The car has been perfectly fine until when the engine management light came on yesterday and also the service message comes on which was strange considering LMC said they had serviced the vehicle. 3 star review. Would have been 5 if it wasn't for the above problems

The chaps here really knew what they were talking about which suited me down to the ground.

I've bought a few cars off LMC recently and I've been impressed with the open/honest approach. It's actually pretty refreshing.

My experience was good initially, but the aftercare hasn't been great - the wing mirrors have clearly been smashed before and they semi fixed it and the SOS light and wing mirror light keeps beeping and flashing in the car - I'm struggling to get an answer back regarding a courtesy car as they don't have one available because the car needs to go in for a few days to get fixed. I'll give them 3 stars but it would have been a 5 if the aftercare was better. The customer service was really good though.

At first, I had a great experience with the dealership. The service was quick and efficient, and I was very happy with the initial sales team. Since having the car, I’ve noticed a few minor issues, including some noise coming from the vehicle. I was told someone would contact me to help get this sorted, but I haven’t heard back yet. I’m hoping the after-sales service will help me to get this resolved soon, but I feel there is a need for big improvement on the communication side.

I've only had my new BMW 1 Series for a couple of days but I'm really happy with both the car and the dealership. No issues to report so far.

I couldn’t fault the service from the sales staff throughout the whole purchase process as they really couldn’t do enough to help. I was a little disappointed with aftersales, as it took a fair bit of chasing to get a decision on a couple of minor faults with the vehicle. That said, they did agree to cover the repairs and even recommended a repair centre close to home. Unfortunately, the repair centre has really let the side down. I’m still waiting for a spare key to be cut and a rear vent to be replaced. I’ve been waiting since January, so it’s getting quite frustrating. Overall I’m happy to rate LMC positively as I feel generally satisfied, but based on my experience so far, I’d rate the third-party repair garage around 2 stars.

Mo was very helpful and knowledgeable, supplied us with a good, clean car, nothing was too much trouble. Have used LMC for years and will continue to do so. Thanks again 😊
