Customer service was great, I wasn't left waiting around, very quick turnaround I have to say. I am so pleased with my new car, I have been using it pretty much everyday, no issues so far. Really happy with the car, I went for a T-Roc and definitely made the right decision, it is a great car, no issues at all. The customer service was good, I am still waiting for my initial deposit back but apart from this everything else has been spot-on.

Happy with my new GLB. There were a few initial issues, but I just took it back to LMC and they rectified everything without any problems. All in all, it was a very straightforward transaction.

I have to say Mo was fantastic. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% happy with my decision. I have been using the car a lot, especially now that it is half term. It drives great with no issues at all. I am very pleased with my choice of dealership and vehicle.

I am really enjoying the Jeep I got, it is a lovely car and I am pleased in my decision to go for it. However I do feel there is some areas that need improving to make this a better customer experience. After I picked up the car, while driving home, error lights came on and I had to take the car back to get these sorted. I did have to wait until I was available to bring it back as I live around 45 minutes away. There was also some scratches on the vehicle, now they did sort these out as well as the error codes, however I did feel like these things should all be done before selling a car, it saves time for both them and the customer. And it was frustrating for me, I am just pleased it is all now sorted and the car is okay.

I’m really happy with my new car. Mo was very helpful throughout the whole process, even though it was a quick one. I went in and came out with my car just a few hours later. There was no messing around or pushiness. The car had been perfectly valeted for me as well, which I really appreciated. Very accommodating and a great dealership. 5/5!
