After a few months with my GLA, it's still amazing. The service was the team at LMC was amazing as well, felt looked after whilst waiting to collect. When it is time to upgrade, I will be back to LMC.

The Audi A1 has been great, and I am very satisfied with my overall experience.

I've had my car for 6 months now and it's been all good for the time I've owned it, it's been great. It was a while ago but the customer service was brilliant, with 0 pressure applied from the dealership.

The gentleman I dealt with was called Mo I think, he was great. The car has been perfect. I did take it back for a bit more of a clean, I collected it an hour later and it was spotless. I'm very happy 5 stars.

I purchased the Peugeot 5008 back in January and the car has been great. The staff at LMC were polite and patient, and I would consider going back to them if I saw a car I liked at their dealership.

Purchased a 2019 Volvo XC60 in January 2025. Unfortunately what should have been me buying the nicest car I have ever owned, has turned into a nightmare. Issue 1: When I purchased the car, the warning support start stop service light was on and was assured that after driving the car, it would recharge and remedy itself. Notified dealer that evening after 3 hours of driving that it had not remedied itself. Back for visit 1 to the dealer. I dropped off the car, was told they would replace the support start/stop battery. Picked up the car several days later, drove for over an hour and the light came back on. Back for visit 2. Was then told everyone had gone home for the night, so I should go to a local garage to get it looked at. Visit 3 was to my local Halfords who immediately notified me that the battery had not been replaced by LMC so they proceeded to change the battery. After several emails and calls, I was eventually refunded for the new battery. How LMC did not think I would eventually discover that the battery had not been replaced is beyond me. 2 half days wasted driving back and forth to LMC ultimately for nothing. Issue 2: When I purchased the car, LMC rep confirmed he had done all of the paperwork and I would receive the new logbook within a number of weeks. Several weeks pass, after checking with LMC who confirmed it was done, I contracted DVLA who quickly confirmed no change of ownership had been registered. After several more calls to LMC, this was finally undertaken. Issue 3: The front registration plate of the car is damaged so when buying the car, it was agreed a new registration plate would be sent to my home address. 6 months later and after numerous calls, emails and texts, and LMC confirming repeatedly that "their parts team would send it", the new registration plate has still not arrived. Issue 4: Within a small number of weeks, the car unfortunately had a flat tyre due to a nail puncturing the wheel. When I went to have the wheel repaired, I was informed that the security wheel nut given with the car was not correct. LMC could not provide me with the correct one so this required me to go to my local Volvo dealer to get new wheel nuts on the car (another day out to another garage with my new car to fix a LMC issue). Thankfully this happened near home because if this had happened while travelling abroad, I would have had to leave the car until Volvo could have sorted it. Overall, I have spent circa 15-20h chasing LMC and dealing with issues which never should have arisen. Terrible service and a very expensive purchase has turned into a nightmare. I would advise on avoiding LMC at all costs

I bought a Skoda from LMC in January and the range on the car was only 175 miles, so I came back to get something with a bit more range when I came across the Tesla - which has a impressive range of 325 miles. Since having the Tesla it has been great, absolutely no issues to report. The team were very helpful and only took 2 weeks to move from the Skoda to the Tesla which was amazing. Really positive experience, very happy!

Honestly the salesman who was helping me when I bought my Juke from LMC was brilliant - he really went above and beyond. I actually broke down in my car I was going to part exchange and he was kind enough to send out their driver to come and pick my husband and I up. During the sale, he answered all my questions and asked all the right ones to assist. When it came to buying the car, I didn't expect to be driving away in it the same day so I hadn't cleaned out my car which was full of stuff for the charity shop, but the salesman was so lovely and helped me transfer everything over, which was really kind and helpful. The only reason I cannot give them full marks is due to waiting on some policy documents for the warranty, but if I had these there would be no question that it would be a big 5/5 from me. Happily buy from them again in the future if I saw a car there I liked.

I have had my Seat Ibiza for some time now and its running really well. Initially I had an issue with the door locking mechanism but LMC were great and got this sorted for me swiftly and since then there has been no issues to report. The customer service I received was very good from both the sales team and aftersales. Would happily give them full marks!

4 There were a few small niggles: 1) empty petrol tank, 2) almost didn't get the car valeted as I was late confirming I was collecting it (because the agent didn't see my email/get my calls as he was busy with other customers) 3) pressure around completing before month end 4) no in depth explanation of controls/functions
